"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. There is no walking beach nearby, Beds are spring beds which will break your back, mosquitoes flying all over and biting all night. There was one A/C for three rooms. "Spacious apartments a couple of kilometres away but not directly in the nature. Communication around the extra fees could be better. Having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as needing to put them ourselves was a first for us. "

"The appartement was outdated. The showerdours couldn't close and I had to search for the water out of the shower. We were here in the vacation in Octobre. Unfurtunately everything was closed, the restaurants, the pool, etc. It looked like a ghost town. The lady of the hotel was very kind. She helped us well."
