Welcome to beautiful Capitola Village! This newly remodeled two bedroom apartment in the heart of Capitola Village is ideally located next to restaurants, wine bars and boutique shopping. The breathtaking Capitola beach is a short two block walk away. A large private deck and two private parking spots make it an ideal location in Capitola Village. The property is located above a boutique salon.

In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.

Two private off street parking spots are included with your stay. The apartment is located on the second story and is accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking garage.

For your convenience there is a YALE smart lock on the front door. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to ask. We hope you have an enjoyable stay!

Staying in Capitola makes you feel like you are on vacation at a great beach town and staying in downtown close to all the shops and restaurants is great. The Office is a great location and very convenient to all that Capitola has to offer.

Beautiful Place
The place is fantastic! The wood and glass see-through walls, the kitchen, the shower, the towels, the living room, the sleep-easy mattresses, the wonderful views from the windows, the closeness of being able to walk to Trestles restaurant across the street and throughout town whenever we wanted to explore.

Only Two Nights..
The place is new and clean and has everything you need to have a restful stay in Capitola. When we were not having fantastic meals at wonderful restaurants, or walking about town, we read our books while it rained outside. We slept as if it was our own bed in our own home. Wonderful trip!

Our second time staying here. Just as great as the first. Everything feels clean and fresh. Enough space for us to be comfortable. The outside deck area is such an added bonus. Location is perfect. It’s just a short, shopping filled walk to the beach! Lots of great food options. We like the Avenue Cafe for breakfast and Trestles for dinner! Zelda’s is always great too!

Perfect Capitola getaway
The apartment was perfect for a Capitola stay! Only a few blocks from the beach and restaurants. The parking spots was so perfect since parking is not easy in the village. Probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper with the noise of the nearby restaurants, live bands at Cork and Fork and just general car/foot traffic on Capitola Ave. We all sleep like logs so weren’t affected as much. We definitely are looking forward to staying again when we come back to Capitola!

Nice long weekend getaway.
I stayed at this condo for 5 nights in early March. The condo was perfect for my needs. The 2 covered parking spots right beside the stairs up to the unit made it so easy for myself and my son and his girlfriend to meet there to spend some time together. The condo was beautifully furnished and kitchen stocked with what needed for breakfast and lunch when we ate in. Even though the weather not good during my stay , we found enough to do . I will definitely consider a stay here in future years when I visit California from my home in Ohio.

Capatola get away
My family and I visit Santa Cruz area at least once a year. We have family there. We all absolutely loved our stay in the Office. There’s one TV set in the living room. It was easy to hook up our fire stick and very easy to use the WIFI. The walk to Margaritavill was easy it takes about two minutes. I could put our names on the waitlist and walk back to get ready. We had a few issues but management was on top of it. All in all we had a really nice vacation. The room can easily hear the street noise. Everything calms down early except for Saturday night. That was the only night that was noisy. To be expected. The walk to the beach was a breeze. I’m not sure how many times I took a quick walk to the beach at all times. I felt safe the whole time so did the kids.

Amazing girls weekend
If you want a super convenient location close to downtown Capitola - this is your place. The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and had lots of good food options. Having parking for two cars was awesome. The place is spacious with a living room and kitchen that allowed us to hang out all together without feeling cramped. Would definitely come back!

Family gathering in Capitola
We love coming and visiting Capitola. Staying at the Office is perfect since it's in downtown Capitola with access to everything Capitola has to offer: the beach; restaurants and stores and the new wharf. The Office is a great property that is very clean with all the conveniences needed for a beach vacation in a great location.
