"The property is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Lunch at Los Federales restaurant was very good and the included breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was huge and my only complaint is that the TV was quite small for the size of the room and did not work properly."

However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service."

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."

"Room was extremely small and basic. Looked more like a campus dormitory than a hotel. Absolutely NO frills and yet the price was relatively high compared to other, better, hotels. Would not stay again as used to more comfort and extras."
