"Our stay at Hotel Plaza Ejecutivo was really great. The first room that we were placed in had an issue with the AC unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they quickly and kindly offered us a room change in order to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. All the employees that we came across were kind and super accommodating. The room itself was clean, had an AC unit and was a good size for our family. The location was incredible and so close to everything that we wanted to see, the plaza was within walking distance but on a quieter side street so we did not have any issues with noise later at night. It felt very safe and we would absolutely return again. Thank you. "

She went out of her way to accommodate us and when I had to work online, she provided a full office for me with TV monitor to connect for 2nd screen and frost class coffee or any other meal service while I worked. The sheets, towels, rooms, premises were first class. If you rent a car, they have a garage. I would come back again. "

Also, it is very noisy due to the traffic from the main street. Expedia should also put a disclosure that payment must be made at the front desk and that only a reservation is made online through the website."
