Comfortable bed for a good nights rest Cooking facilities to cater to our culinary needs A fire pit to enjoy the setting sun and night sky Hiking in the Wollemi National Park Day trips to quaint country towns and other attractions in areaGreat bird and wildlife watching Get up early enough and you might encounter the local wombat. Mandy and Jacob were very attentive to our every needs and questions. A great isolated location for a couple wishing to get away, friends to reunite or families to feel safe and have space to explore. Thank you Mandy and Jacob "

"A simple, nice clean room that was comfortable and quiet, no frills and with some takeaway food and shopping right next door it was nice and convenient."

"Historic hotel with 5 fireplaces, superb food, timber bar and just generally a nice family feel, Electric blankets are very warm, sheets crisp and towels very white. Simple breakfast included with nice balconies and north side garden. Went for a short 5 min walk and saw ten kangaroos, Took a great photo of the hotel from the front.but no way to share here. Hope the front balcony damagefrom the wayward car is fixed soon. Finally, we stayed at Royal Capertee on our way to visit the oil shale works and we’re not disappointed with the 2 hour tour."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We'd been looking to tick off a tiny house stay for the longest time & we definitely weren't disappointed! Not looking at our maps properly, it was a lot further from most of the Blue Mountain attractions we originally planned on visiting but we honestly didn't mind in the end as we really just wanted to get away from the city and ended up spending the whole time on the property. Kitchen worked great and we loved the eco-friendly aspect of the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a farm stay/getaway from the city but strongly recommend those travelling for the Blue Mountains to factor in the drive to the main walks/attractions"
