The hotel was well equipped so comfortable and clean, its proximity to the main road meant it was very noisy in our room and the swimming pool, the staff were very friendly and so helpful although there weren’t enough staff for breakfast service and at the bar early evening

Everything was in fabulous condition and the staff were extremely friendly. Despite Cape Town being a somewhat dangerous destination at the moment, I felt very safe and taken care of at the hotel, given proper guidance on activities and how to enjoy the surrounding area. Top notch hotel in a great location. The V&A Waterfront provides a very safe walkable area with lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment options (boat trips, tours). The hotel staff at Queen Victoria is top notch in all respects- courtesy, helpfulness and desire to do anything they can to make your stay in the city/country as good as possible.

Honeymoon Garden Route
First stop en route up the garden route for our honeymoon and couldn’t have got off to a better start. The hotel itself is amazing very modern with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff were very attentive and friendly can not speak highly enough of all involved with the hotel. The breakfast as well was amazing and set us up perfectly every morning for the rest of the day
