Lovely family home in Camps Bay.

The Space:
This wonderful home offers a cosy space to relax and enjoy a family holiday in a safe location.

The open-plan living area features a TV lounge, dining area, reading nook, and fully equipped kitchen and scullery. The lounge has plush seating and opens out onto a sunny patio. The patio features a swimming pool with a security gate.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. They all have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, and has ocean views as well as over-looking a magic forest. The second bedroom looks out at the bushy forest and the third bedroom has ocean views.

This home is a special getaway for a family holiday in Cape Town.

A beautiful located House
This house is beautiful located, and a potential great apartment to stay. But on our stay diverse construction defects and musty smell in the upper level rooms because of black mold between window and wall on the sea faced windows. I mentioned that to the agent until today no reply.
