"We didnt feel welcomed at this property. There was perfunctory communication, notices on the fridge and dishwasher informing us of no internet and broken dishwasher. Minimal furniture, messy wiring for tv etc, and a hallway light we couldn't turn off. Upon departure at 9.30 (checkout time 10am), the cleaner was waiting to get in. We felt rushed and uncomfortable. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

"I booked this for our group of 4 mainly for its roominess but also the stunning view. The home really does look like the photos- which I appreciate. There is plenty of room to spread out and it is very comfortable. We loved having the beach right there. "NOT a 3.5 star property. Is actually 1.5 star and that's 1 star too many. Filthy, cold, mice, mildew, smells rancid, broken bed and heater. Very disappointed. Stayed only 1 night. Called property manager expecting to be relocated to more appropriate accommodation, but was told my 2 children and myself could leave!! We travelled over 300 kms to get there!! Ruined our mini holiday. Did receive a full refund though. I advise to check accommodation,s website before making a booking through these...
