Downstairs features 3 bedrooms, each with Queen Beds. Small Kids room with Smart TV & built in Chromecast opens up on to the large lower balcony and grassed backyard - plenty of room for outdoor activities.

BACKYARD. The backyard features a large lower level decking and a smaller upper level balcony overlooking a large grassed backyard. Note: the backyard it is not fully fenced in.

This listing caters for families with small children with baby gate for the stairs and high chair, at no additional charge.
