Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. "

"How very quaint! A wonderful overnight stay at this very charming oceanfront inn. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a cheese and fruit offering. Our room was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was also included in our stay ~ the dining area was to die for with full view of the ocean. A must return for a longer stay!"

"We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point...
