"A delightful one night stay in a quaint old victorian era hotel. We stayed in the Southern House which is used in winter time I guess. Nicely appointed old property reminescent of many years ago in downtown cape may, near the beach and convention hall. Definitely recommend if you dont mind winding stairs."

"Our room at Le Mer Hotel was impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The pillows were fluffy and perfect for a good night’s sleep, and the shower had great water pressure—strong and refreshing. We appreciated the decent-sized refrigerator, which easily held all of our sports drinks and snacks. The entire space felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. We really hope the hotel continues with regular updates and renovations to preserve that fresh, inviting atmosphere that made our stay so enjoyable."

"I booked this hotel not realizing it was six blocks off the beach, but as it was extremely foggy, it really didn’t matter…we would not have had an ocean view anywhere we stayed! This is a standard exterior entrance 2 story motel, and we were on the second floor. Parking was free and convenient, and the suite was great; a living room, fully appointed kitchenette with apartment sized refrigerator, 2 TVs, a great bathroom, and a king bedroom. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and we had a very peaceful night. I would definitely book this hotel again. We have a small bungalow (which has not yet been de-winterized) on the Delaware Bay, and made this trip to drop off “stuff” at the house before we come down for the summer in May. It was a nice little respite, we visited a couple of our favorite restaurants in Cape May, and got a pre-season look at one of our favorite places on earth!"

"The location is great. Easy to walk to town, restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on our balcony looking out at the ocean. We will definitely stay here again."
