Holly Cottage overlooks the famous birding destination "Shunpike Pond." A park like setting with bird views for your enjoyment. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed with sliders to the back deck and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. A brand new bathroom with a large shower with tiled floors is bright and clean. The kitchen is set up for ease, light bright and airy with everything you need. The dining and living room is where Williamsburg meets Cape May with antiques and charm but very livable. The front porch is a great place to relax and read a book or sip some tea and sit a spell. The step down tv room is the bird room where you can enjoy tv, pond views and a gas fireplace for offseason and just a nice comfortable living space with sliding doors to the back deck area. Original harwood floors, oriental carpets, central air add to the charm of the home.
