Retreat to the wineries, distilleries, breweries and your favorite restaurants without the lines and crowds. Enjoy perfect winter sunsets while strolling the boardwalk and the mall like you’re in your own Hallmark movie.

Come and see what the locals do in the secret season! Enjoy a stroll to your favorite bar or restaurant with no lines to wait in! See the snow on the Victorian houses and the beauty’sof Cape Mays lighthouse! Go to a happy hour or enjoy a tasting at the winery of your choice. Enjoy our good size 2 bedroom, 1 bath HOUSE!! No reason to leave your best friend home - bring your pet to enjoy fun at the beach. Very clean and super comfortable!! Wireless internet, TV, dining area, and enclosed front porch! Located near the Cape May marinas. Across from Roseman's.

Park your car and walk to Wawa for am coffee, use our bikes to ride everywhere around town - we provide 4 bikes with locks, grab lunch at Dry Dock, happy hour at the C-View and dinner at Lucky Bones or Lobster House. Walk to shopping on Washington Street, antiquing a quick walk up the street. Watch the sun set from our enclosed front porch. So convenient to everything.

In summer - If you paddle board, sail, fish, jet ski, or boat - literally walk across the street for your fun to begin. CM Whale Watcher and Miss Chris also 3 minute walk. Beaches and mall a 1 mile bike ride away.

2-to-3-day minimum stay required (in off season from Oct- May) We have CDC protocols in place for your safety. We provide clean mattress pads and pillow ticks on all beds. They are washed and cloroxed with hot water after every rental. We are also disinfecting all counter spaces and other surfaces where applicable.

Please bring your sheets and towels. I proved comforters and blankets. If you need sheets and towels, ask me for info (I can provide sheets and towels for a nominal fee, or you can rent them from a place in town).

We have one off street parking space - so park and walk or ride around town.

The dog park is a 8 minute walk down Lafayette. Enjoy pet friendly restaurants such as The Beach Shack, Mooncusser, and H & H.

Use our grill, bikes and beach chairs - ask us about beach tags!

I have a $150.00 pet fee. If you would like to bring 2 the second pet has an additional charge of $50.00 - please check off the property fee box. The limit is 2 doggies.

2025 proves to be an exceptionally busy one - don’t delay in booking - you may lose your opportunity to enjoy Cape May!

We had such a delightful chill stay in this casual, comfy and cosy place. Conveniently located and allows some pets in an area where many accommodations do not. The owner was a total delight. Would stay again in the future.

Very Nice Cape May Cottage
We enjoyed our stay at Judy's cottage. It was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach tags that were available for us to borrow. The location is very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay with our dog. The house is located on a very busy street but that didn't bother us. We loved the fact that restaurants and shopping were within walking distance or a very short drive to many great places. The house was very clean and Judy was very responsive to any questions we had.

Girls reunion (65-66 years old)
Got together with three lady friends for our annual reunion. Perfect house for the four of us, plus Misty the dog. Comfy beds and living room, and warming gas fireplace on a rainy evening. We liked the location and the host is wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Great rental.
I’ve stayed in this rental multiple times over the years. It’s always wonderful. You can easily get to town or the beach. The owner has made upgrades to the property. And new to us this year she has bikes available for your use and beach badges. Which were very convenient.

Perfect 1st anniversary retreat!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was great having a house to relax in instead of a hotel room. It's very cozy and clean and felt like being home. The fresh flowers were a nice, unexpected touch. The traffic did take a little getting used to, but it wasn't bothersome inside the house and helped point us in the right direction, whether we were off to explore the Washington Mall or the marina. It was great to be able to bring our dog with us as well - he was sad to leave too! We hope to return for our next anniversary! Thanks Judy!

.. As I Expected ....
Absolutely stunning, charming and very comfortable property, as I expected being the second time this year I have stayed there! Best location in CM and by far the most comfortable (I have stayed in a couple different places prior to finding this gem). Judy the owner is by far the best to rent from. I can't wait to book again for next year or even this winter. I hear winter time is a great time to visit CM. I may just have to give it a try!?

Cute and cozy
Some renovations have been done, the windows need to be replaced, they rattled when the wind blew and the curtains moved when the windows were closed. The bathroom was very tight. The location of the house is on a busy noisey corner. A tv in the bedrooms would be nice. The master bedroom bed could be replaced and the sofa was uncomfortable and very low to the floor.

Judy was great
From the very beginning of the rental process, Judy was wonderful. It was very easy to reach her and get answers to our questions and requests. The location is nice: away from the busiest areas, yet close to several necessities, good food and attractions. It was a short, enjoyable bike ride to the grocery store, Washington Street Mall and the pier. We enjoyed Dry Dock, Cinco de Mayo, and Saltwater Cafe. Fresh seafood market at Lobster House was fabulous and within walking distance. Beach tags (provided upon arrival) were much appreciated!

Nice stay for family of 4
Judy was a great host! She was very accommodating and it was a fun stay! Beach was a short drive and perfect. The house was clean and had a nice enclosed porch with screened windows where we drank our morning coffee and evening cocktails. The renovated kitchen and bathroom was a nice surprise. The house is located on quite a busy corner and wasn’t ideal but we made it work! She allows pets so we were able to bring our dog, which was fantastic! Although, there wasn’t much room in the yard for her to run, so we walked around the neighborhood for exercise instead. Wonderful stay, thank you!

Great Cape May Family House
The house was great for our family of four. The A/C units and ceiling fans kept the rooms comfortable. The front porch was a great place to read in the evenings. Even though it was humid on the porch, the two strong ceiling fans provided a great breeze. On cool rainy evenings, the fans were not even needed. The kitchen is small, but very clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast (and the occasional dinner). The washer/dryer in the basement is brand new and worked great. The walk along Washington Ave to the Mall was pleasant after sunset. We also drove there and parked on the pay-for lot which was inexpensive. Judy provided 4 beach tags -- which we utilized a number of times. She also provided sand chairs and bikes. All in all a terrific home base for our family vacation in Cape May.

Family Wedding Fun...Adorable, comfy Cottage...
We had a weekend wedding(June 10th, 2017) at the Hawk Haven Winery and just needed a place for 6 adults to change, nap and reset before the next Family event occurring over our weekend at reasonable price. It's an ADORABLE old world charm cottage with plenty of room to relax for 6 adults. Very clean and property owner Judy was so accommodating with any questions about Cape May, the house or assistance with a taxi when we went out at night and recommended http://www.capemaytaxi.com. Our Drivers John, John and or Rory were friendly, timely and even gave us a History of Cape May during our ride between destinations. The house has air conditioning and was very comfortable with the hot weekend we had. It is a short walk to the Marina, Lobster House, WaWa and the beach, For shopping, the Mall in the center of town is just a few minutes by car and is walking distance from the house as well. Even though on a busy intersection, this did not bother us in the least since we did not have little ones that needed a yard. The enclosed porch or the front steps were my favorite with morning coffee, reading. (Enclosed front porches would be great for little ones to play). NOTE: House is not recommended for handicap due to only stairs into the house Looking forward to staying at this location again. Thank you for everything and making our weekend memorable....

It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to one of the restaurants we chose to eat at ( Lobster House). The street it was located on was a little busy ( lots of cars) so the turn into the driveway was a little tricky but
