PMI Saltwater proudly offers Back Bay Bliss! This renovated 3 bed/2 bath BAY FRONT vacation oasis boasts a new SWIMMING POOL (completed in 2022), is a 2,100 square foot single-family home loaded with amenities inside and out, including a spacious deck, and well-stocked kitchen.
Soak in the million-dollar waterfront views, and unrivaled sunsets from your private dock, furnished deck, and large sunroom.
-Sleeps 8 guests (plus two cots are provided).
-5-minute drive to the heart of Stone Harbor
-Central to *all* that Cape May County has to offer.
-Basic amenities, plus use of two kayaks, are INCLUDED!

Thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to detail, inside and out:
Inside, the vibrant colors and fresh decor in the spacious living areas set the tone for a true vacation. Your kitchen is stocked with amenities, right down to a margarita maker. You'll enjoy three spacious bedrooms, one featuring an en suite bathroom with double vanity, and luxurious shower.
Working from home? "Back Bay Bliss" offers a dedicated work area.

Take advantage of board games and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows inside, and, outside, yard games and a bay front fire pit await, just off the comfortable deck where you’ll want to spend hours with friends & family.

You'll arrive to find toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, as well as bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are delivered (bed-making is available upon request, and for an additional fee).

Central Air, WiFi, and plenty of TVs for streaming your favorite shows. The new radiant pool is seasonal, opening at the end of May until the first week of September. Radiant pools are well-insulated for maximum energy efficiency, and are designed to hold the heat from the sun. Please note this is not a heated pool.

Short Trip
The property desperately needs a deep clean. The rug in the dining room had multiple stains, large amount of dust and dead bugs on the windows & windowsills, ants in kitchen, dirty kitchen cabinets, dirt/dead bugs behind the beds, & poor outside maintenance. Also, lock to the porch does not work. Great location, close to multiple beach towns.

The house was immaculate and the property manager, Mara was wonderful. She was very responsive to our needs. Property was in a great location...3 minutes to Stone Harbor, 10 to Avalon and about 20 minutes to Wildwood/Cape May. Very close to wineries and breweries. We had a wonderful stay!

Great quiet location for a getaway
Me and my friends stayed here for a weekend at the beach. We ended up staying at the house more than the beach because of how nice and relaxing the back deck area was. This place has plenty of room for activities both indoors and outdoors.
