"5 sisters get together every year to have a fun time. Cottage was exactly as described in the listing. It had all of the necessary amenities and the information booklet with all instructions for our stay was great. We had excellent weather for late September and explored lots of places in the island. "It is 2 minutes from the beach. There is a nice sandy beach about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is private but with access. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The only view of the ocean is from upstairs between the houses, but it is visible from there at least. The communication from Michelle was excellent! We mentioned needing a kettle and she brought us one. The kitchen is not new but recently repainted. There is no dishwasher but the Keurig and microwave were very helpful. The Air...

"A great base location for travel to NB sights and PEI. Provides a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Just a couple blocks to coastline tho no view from house. If you need railing to go up stairs, be aware that the railing switches sides at wide landing and has no railing at corner. Recently renovated with comfortable furniture. "

"I stayed with my parents and sister in late August. The property had the perfect location for us, who wanted to spend time at the beach. The cottage was a great size and was quiet. The neighbors are close but you do have your own space and yard to use. We especially enjoyed the fire table. "

Just bring food and your personal belongings and you are set! The property is large, a long way from the road and very well maintained. Kids and dogs will love it!"

"We loved our stay! Spacious, clean with beautiful views. Loved being by the water within a minute walk to the ocean. Most well equipped cottage we have stayed at. "Spacious location for 3 couples, lots of supplies, bbq, great water pressure and steps to the water. Swimming preferred at the more known beaches. Kayaking was available and close to the water. Lots of cooking supplies, don't buy too many groceries before checking with the owner or the cabinets yourself. Recommend Cabot Beach or Thunder Cove beach about 40 minutes drive. Suzanne was super helpful with any issues like propane. Recommend a "what to do cheat sheet" for some directions. "

"The facilities were clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the campfire, use the barbecue, sat inside in the screened in tent/ gazebo The only challenge was that the road sign was missing. We definitely recommend this as a vacation location"
