The Master Suite offers a king size bed, direct lanai access and a beautiful ensuite. Relaxation and rejuvenation is easy. Two other guest bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with plenty of room for everyone. This home also offers a washer and dryer for guest use.

The Clover lakes are an easy 5 minute paddle thru the canals and you never know what wildlife you may see on the way! Whether you're a seasoned angler or a boating enthusiast, Villa Cape Cheers offers direct access to all kinds of water activities right from your backyard.

Conveniently located less than four miles from the BMX Strausser Sports Complex, this vacation rental is ideal for sports enthusiasts looking to explore the area's recreational offerings. You are close to many family-friendly attractions, like Gator Mike's, several miniature golf courses, Sunsplash waterpark, as well as many top-rated golf courses. You'll find two sets of complimentary golf clubs in the garage for your use, as well as 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach bag with towels helping you enjoy one of the great beaches in the area.
