Villa Weiss with heated pool and a beautiful view!

The fully air-conditioned Villa Weiss is located in the southeast of Cape Coral on a wide, quiet canal. You can easily launch your rented boat by means of our boat lift. If you take a boat down the Fermi Channel you will be on the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. On the way to the Gulf of Mexico you can admire the beautiful flora and fauna of Florida. Here you will cross paths with dolphins, manatees and pelicans. You are also more than welcome to take our 2-man kayak through the mangroves at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Besides the various possibilities to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding area by water, you are also welcome to use the bicycles provided in the house to explore the area by land.

The villa has a spacious floor plan. As soon as you enter the villa, you have a wonderful view right through the living room, across the pool, to the wide channel.
On the left side of the house is the master bedroom and master bath with walk-in XL shower and bathtub. The three other bedrooms with their corresponding two bathrooms are on the right side of the house. The living room, kitchen with quartz island and counters as well as the dining area are located in the center of the house. Of course each bedroom has its own LED TV. The living room has a large flat screen with DVD - player and Bose sound system.
A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.
In the lanai area, which faces south, our large outdoor kitchen with grill and two cook tops awaits you. Also located here is the large heated (no solar) pool and the pool area with many sun loungers to relax.
For our little guests there are pool toys, a high chair and a crib available.

We had a great time we really enjoyed the pool and the ability to fish anytime off the dock.

I highly recommend to rent a boat when staying at this house that would of made the trip even better.

Brilliant kitchen equipment, Gas BBQ and tech equipment auch as WiFi, TV, etc Als appreciated the support from caprice on the ground. Overall the house is 10 out of 10 an there‘s nothing to improve!

Beautiful Florida Retreat

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home to stay while in FL. The house was clean and spacious, gave everyone places to relax, and tables large enough to hold our entire family! The pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful and made extra special by the view of the canal. The property manager was quick to respond to texts or voice messages and owners were quick to respond to messages. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed Villa Weiss and would love staying again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is well maintained and clean and offered EVERYTHING that you will require during your stay. We went to the beach during our stay and the Weiss residence did not disappoint!! They had a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. I would not hesitate to rent from them again on our next visit to Cape Coral.

A beautiful home with plenty of room. Pool was perfect. This property even provided the little "extra" items that most do not such as TP, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, etc. Great location with shopping and restaurants near by. We loved this home, would highly recommend. :)

We were blown away by this property. The pictures did not do the property justice, actually better in person. Everything was very clean, kitchen was wonderfully stocked/equipped! We had 4 generations of family and very much enjoyed just hanging at the house, playing games, cooking together, enjoying the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at Weiss Villa. It was a beautiful home that fit my family needs. The open space layout is amazing. The location was close to allnthe essential stores. The pool area and summer kitchen was the icing in the cake. However, I can not forget the water canal in the back yard as well. My family LOVES to fish and this is pretty where we started our day and ended the day.

Schöne Villa, hervorragend ausgestattet!

Wir haben im April für 9 Tage mit 8 Personen in der Villa Weiß unseren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich als Gast wünscht. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit jeweils großen Schränken, bzw. begehbaren Kleiderschränken. Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet, als wir es bisher in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Die Bäder sind modern, mit ebenerdigen Duschen. Handtücher und Badetücher sind in Vielzahl vorhanden. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Poolheizung haben wir im April nicht genutzt. Der Energieverbrauch war trotz laufender Klimaanlage sowie Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner top. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Weiß war vorbildlich. Herr Weiß war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes für uns per Mail und telefonisch erreichbar (dabei ging es um das Mieten eines Bootes, für alle weiteren Fragen hätten wir vor Ort jederzeit eine Ansprechpartnerin gehabt, was bei dieser tollen Villa aber nicht notwendig war). Ein schöner Bonus war die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung des Kajaks der Eigentümer. Dieses Angebot haben wir gerne genutzt. Lediglich die zusätzliche Gebühr für die Nutzung der Outdoorküche (Reinigungsgebühr) hat uns etwas verwundert, so dass wir uns dazu entschieden haben die Outdoorküche nicht zu nutzen. Abschließend können wir sagen, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Cape Coral und empfehlen die Villa Weiß gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber und hat alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat einen tollen Außenbereich mit Grill, Pool und Steg. Zudem ist es, wie die Bilder es zeigen. Nur das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad wirkt hier größer, als es tatsächlich ist, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Die Lage ist zentral, man hört dadurch auch mal den Straßenverkehr. Aber auch das beeinträchtigt nicht weiter den Aufenthalt. Die Betreuung hat auch gut geklappt. Ich kann das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen und würde es nochmal buchen. Wir (6 Personen) haben uns alle dort wohl gefühlt.

Peaceful family vacation

I was looking for a last minute booking and I am a bi-lateral above the knee amputee! I needed a home that had an open concept and was easily accessible to enter! This home provides that and so much more!! Upon arrival, I was impressed with the curb appeal of this home! We then entered through the garage and the wall of sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view to the pool and canal the property is on! It was easy for me to maneuver through the home with the exception to the water closet in the master bathroom! That did not stop me from enjoying the trip because I could easily access the hall restroom! The home is fully stocked with everything you may need from kitchen supplies to linens and plenty of them!! The pool is heated which made it absolutely enjoyable any time we entered it! The view out back of the canal was beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood! The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and the entire home was beautifully decorated! The area was very convenient to anything you needed! The property managers were a pleasure to work with and quick to address any concerns we had!! We truly enjoyed our visit and would most definitely return to this property! As many of us Northerners do, we hated to leave but are doing so with wonderful memories!! Do not hesitate to book this property, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you for sharing Villa Weiss with my family, how blessed we are to have had the opportunity to visit!! Best regards!!! Xoxoxo

Tolle Villa mit moderner Ausstattung . Ein tolle Außenküche und eine super ausgestattete Küche im Haus machen diese Villa zu einem Goumettempel für Hobbyköche. Die Villa ist sehr sauber übergeben worden. Egal ob Ipad oder Curved TV.Alles ist vorhanden. Tolle Lage in der Nähe vieler Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ob Fahrräder und ein tolles Kayak. Alles da. Traumhaus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir kennen diverse durchaus schöne Häuser in Cape Coral, aber Villa Weiss ist schon was besonderes. Neu, super gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es wirklich alles, was man irgendwie zum Kochen brauchen könnte. Dazu kommt eine tolle Außenküche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit hochwertigen Betten ausgestattet, schicke Bäder, die gesamte Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus wurde klinisch sauber übergeben. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Weiss war sehr angenehm, insbesondere haben wir uns gefreut, kurzfristig einen Tag früher anreisen zu können; eine Mail, ein Anruf und das Thema war geklärt. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist bei Rückfragen schnell vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus, wünschen Familie Weiss und allen ihren Gästen eine ebensolche und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Morgen werden wir Ihre wundervolle Villa, die in den letzten 10 Tagen wie ein zweites Zuhause für uns war leider verlassen müssen, um uns langsam auf den Heimweg zu machen. Ich bin sonst nicht so der Feedback Mensch aber diesmal möchte ich gerne eine Ausnahme machen. Wir haben uns bei Ihnen hier in Cape Coral ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt, die Villa Weiß ist ein Traum. Die Räumlichkeiten, das hochwertige Material, die tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung, der Außenbereich, Pool und Grill alles einfach phantastisch. Einkäufe, Restaurants und Sightseeing sind sehr schnell erreichbar und leicht zu finden. Alles bei Ihnen hier ist bis auf das Kleinste geplant und durchdacht und auch Amerika und Cape Coral Fremde finden sich dank der ausführlich vorhandenen Informationslektüre im Haus leicht und schnell zurecht, wenn sie hier zu Gast sein dürfen. 4 Fahrräder und ein Zweier Kajak sind ebenfalls eine willkommene Abwechslung. Sogar ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher sind vorhanden und endlich mal ein Haushalt mit scharfen Messern. Mit diesem Gesamtprojekt haben Sie wirklich etwas ganz besonderes geschaffen. Bleibt noch anzumerken, dass auch die Agentur vor Ort wirklich professionell und hilfsbereit auf alle Anfragen zeitnah und kompetent reagiert hat. Auch beim Boot bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es hat die richtige Größe für die Gewässer hier, ist schnell und fährt mit relativ geringem Tiefgang fast überall hin. Es hat wirklich alles funktioniert und die ganze Truppe ist begeistert. Wir haben jede Menge Delphine gesehen, eine große Wasserschildkröte direkt am Steg und sogar einen kleinen Alligator ungefähr 100 Meter vom Haus weg im Kanal. Als kleines Dankeschön überlassen wir Ihnen und nachfolgenden Gästen zwei fast neue Angelruten, nachdem wir die Gewässer hier fast leergefischt haben :-) Wir verlassen Ihr Haus und das Boot so, wie wir es vorgefunden haben und gerne auch an anderer Stelle Häuser vorfinden würden. Wir wünschen Ihnen außerdem viele erfolgreiche Vermietungen und tolle Zeiten, wenn Sie selbst hier sind. Ich weise hiermit ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Sie ermächtigt sind, dieses Feedback zu Werbezwecken zu nutzen und bestätige gerne, dass wir uns weder persönlich kennen, noch irgendwelche gemeinsamen wirtschaftlichen Interessen verfolgen.

Traumhaus, tolle Lage , bestes Ferienhaus in Cape Coral for ever

Wir waren mit vier Personen in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa. Das Haus war bei Anklunft in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr gut gereinigt. Man konnte kein Staubkorn finden. Das Haus ist modern, aber sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung mit Bose Systemen, 5 Fernseher usw. ist fast unglaublich . Das Highlight ist die Ausstattung der Küche . Dort fehlt es einem an nichts. Die noble Außenküche lädt zum Grillen und Kochen ein. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön . Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man aus den Kanälen raus auf dem River, so daß das Bootsabenteuer schnell beginnen kann. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr kompetent , freundlich und auch noch deutschsprachig. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Cape Coral gemietet, aber so ein tolles Haus hatten wir noch nie. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Pleasant vacation but hidden fees soured the stay.

We stayed at Villa Weiss from January 12, 2017 through March 13, 2017. The house was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and as described. Our stay was very pleasant and Caprice was very responsive. We were disappointed and felt nickel and dimed when we had our check-out visit with Caprice for the following reasons: • Before signing the contract and again at the check-in visit, we asked what to expect the electricity overage charge to be. Both times, we were told that if we didn’t do anything out of the ordinary (heat the pool, use the air conditioner or furnace), we would not go over the weekly allowance (approximately 29 kilowatts per day). We didn’t use any of these and we consistently used more than 50 kilowatts per day. Just before Caprice came to do her check-out visit, we took an electric reading. When we got home and read the check-out sheet, Caprice’s reading was 40 kilowatts over our reading. We feel we were misled about the true cost of electricity. • We were told we were going to be charged for bbq grill cleaning. We showed Caprice the dirty condition of the bbq during our check in with her. She stated she had been after the owner to have it professionally cleaned. We gave the bbq a thorough cleaning before we used it and before we checked out. It was cleaner when we left than it was when we arrived. Neither the HomeAway website nor our contract lists a bbq grill cleaning fee but we were still charged it. • During our stay, we had a bedroom window open. It was a windy day and the wind blew the lamp over breaking it. We notified Caprice and she had the owner order a new one. We were charged 30% over what the actual cost of replacing it was according to the store’s website. Mother Nature broke the lamp but it happened during our stay. We didn’t appreciate being charged more than the actual cost of replacing it. Unfortunately, our very pleasant stay was marred by the nickel and diming we experienced at the end of our stay.

eine schöne Zeit in Florida

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in Cape Coral verbracht. Nach unserer Rundreise durch Florida war diese Villa ein tolles Erlebnis. Mit der tollen Aussenküche war das zubereiten von Frühstück und Abendessen immer ein Erlebnis. Den Pool mit dem Ausblick auf den Kanal konnten wir einfach nur genießen. Sogar das Angeln war mit den vorhandenen Utensilien direkt vom Bootssteg möglich und brachte einige Catfishes an die Angel. Das anmieten eines Motorbootes war dann noch die Krönung der wunderbaren Woche. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage. Günter und Elke aus Deutschland.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein absoluter Volltreffer! Modernes, mit vielen Details versehenes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen läßt! Großzügige, vollklimatisierte Räume, die auch den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr angenehm machten. Die super ausgestattete Küche läßt das Herz jeden Hobbykochs höher schlagen, auch wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes mehr gegrillt haben und dafür die Außenküche im Poolbereich genutzt haben! Und last but not least: in der Doppelgarage kann (fast) jedes Auto geparkt werden! :-) Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, zu dem das Haus nicht unerheblich beigetragen hat! Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!
