Located in the Pelican neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral, Villa South Palms has been tastefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. This 3-suite home accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably.

The Primary Suite features a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second suite offers a charming queen-size bed, while the third suite is furnished with 2 single beds. The Guest Bathroom, accessible from the pool area, also serves as a convenient changing room.

The open-concept living area boasts vaulted ceilings and flows seamlessly to the patio (lanai) and pool area. The large lanai overlooks the pool and canal, providing an inviting and comfortable outdoor living space. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Terrific family vacation
A great stay for our family. What a comfortable vacation home set in a safe quiet neighborhood. Everyday we made use of the bikes included with the rental. The large pool covered by the lanai overlooking the canal was the daily family hangout. Sylvia the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. Tony the owner was most accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Looking forward to a return stay,

Overall a great house
Excellent things - pool area (lots of space, sunbeds, pool toys & nice pool), lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses, plastic storage etc, very comfortable beds, easy check in & check out, quiet location on a nice canal (although a fair way out). We had a couple of issues - on the day we arrived the kitchen tap broke & although we were given a temporary fix it still wasn't replaced when we left 14 days later & when used it sprayed water everywhere. Also (not the owners fault) the neighbour's pool pump was very loud & run constantly, so there was no sitting quietly by the pool (I think they replaced it on the day we left!) The bath was blocked with hair when we arrived & the BBQ is very old & held together by tin foil (but does work).

Relaxing vacation
This is our first time staying here at the pelican house and I have to say it’s a great house very clean nice kitchen the whole house is great the pool there nothing negative to say enjoy my vacation can’t wait to come back next year

Nice Stay at Villa South Palms
We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa South Palms in April. The weather was perfect. The home is situated on a canal in a quiet section of Cape Coral. It is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the heated pool nearly every day. The view of the canal from the lanai was nice. The home living area opened to the lanai through broad sliding glass doors giving the home an outdoor feeling. The owner, Tony, was very professional and easy to work with. We enjoyed the bikes, although they were a bit small for adult males. We would definitely recommend Villa South Palms for a Florida vacation.

Another Very Enjoyable Stay
Second time this year we have stayed at Villa South Palms and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Everything at the villa was as it should be, just as quiet as our first stay, just as convenient for all the local amenities. We will be booking a again next year which I guess is the highest praise you can give.

Excellent villa!
We are 4 adults who have spent the last 6 years visiting the Gulf coast from Northport to Fort Myers. Finally we have found a place that ticks all the boxes. Everything you could want in the villa and a very convenient location, for the airport, for beaches and for shopping. Two outstanding features, firstly the pool is beautifully warm with solar heating backed up by electric heating if needed. It gets direct sun virtually the entire day and has plenty of area around the pool to sit in the sun or in shade. Secondly, despite the covenant location it is really peaceful and quiet, we could sit out in the evening and near hear virtually nothing, so relaxing. If you are like us you go to Florida for being outdoors not sitting in the villa, so these two features made the whole holiday very special. What better recommendation can anyone give than to book to back again!

Hated to Leave!
Just spent five wonderful, relaxing weeks at Villa South Palms; we hated to leave! This was our first visit to Cape Coral and found the villa very conveniently located and in good area...a quiet area. Loved being on a quiet canal...and the neighbors were great. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Used the pool almost daily...the only days we didn't was because of weather, so we explored the area those days. The temperature of the pool was perfect...morning, noon and night. There are plenty of pool floats, noodles, etc. and very comfortable pool furniture. Found some good restaurants,, and Fort Meyer was a hop, skip, and a jump away and Estero/Bonita Springs just a short drive south. The villa's owner was very responsive to our needs. We experienced a minor plumbing problem, but I notified the owner Sunday...the plumber was there the next morning! The pool and yard are well maintained. One small but important thing...it was very convenient having a garage door opener! When we checked in, the rental manager told us to enjoy the house as if it were ours, and we did...thoroughly. We wouldn't hesitate to rent the villa again.

Florida Staycation
My family has a wonderful time at this rental. It was is a great location, close to everything. Much better than the pictures. Bikes do need updating though. A tv in the xtra room would have been nice as well. And more pits and pans, and Tupperware is also needed. Overall, this was a great place for a vacation! Teri Unser

Lovely home in a quiet area
We have just returned from spending 2 wonderful weeks in Villa South Palms. The villa is very clean and well equipped. The pool area, which has sun from early morning to evening, has plenty of sun beds and chairs. There are a number of bicycles in the garage should you feel energetic enough to go cycling and there are also a number of airbeds and plenty of pool toys available. For days out to the beach there are coolers and beach chairs, which we found very useful. The villa is in quiet residential area within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants etc. We are very pleased we chose this quiet area of Cape Coral as opposed to the busy Del Prado Blvd area. The whole booking process with the owner was very smooth and efficient. All in all this is a very comfortable villa in a quiet area and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely LOVE Villa South Palms
The review by Joan (Feb.2016) pretty much says it all and reflects my sentiments as well. This place is amazing ! We stayed from Mar.6th to April.6th/ 2016 and I will add the following: First: Location- We loved the very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood...perfect for walking or bicycling. It is away from the hustle and bustle of city living, but a close drive to all amenities. Second: House- Very clean and comfortable It is a perfect layout for a couple and a few guests(we were at times 2 or 4 people and sometimes 6 people very comfortably). It is well equipped and everything that you could possibly need is provided. Third: Property- The property is extremely well maintained and reflects the owners pride of ownership. Fourth: Owner: Although the owner is absent, he is very hands on and extremely easy and reasonable to deal with. He is very easy to contact and will always respond quickly to your calls for assistance or information. In summary we had an amazing ,relaxing vacation with guests . Villa South Palms far exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return to this amazing home.

Fantastic stay at Villa South Palms
We spent a month in Feb. 2016 at this lovely home in the quiet SW Pelican area of Cape Coral. The home was everything we expected and immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable. The home is outfitted with everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation including bikes and pool toys. The SW facing heated pool was a plus and had sunlight shining on it most of the day. In the early evening there is a view of the beautiful sunset from the pool area. There was a covered lanai with a patio set also to provide a nice shaded area for meals. Both the pool and lawn were maintained throughout the stay. We had a view of the canal and watched fish jumping right out of the water. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cooking utensils. There were beach chairs, umbrella, coolers for a day at the beach. The internet access and cable TV worked well. The owner responded quickly to a few questions we had and was very accommodating in meeting our requests. His pride of ownership shows throughout the property and he is actively involved in insuring your stay is the best it can be. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.We have been vacationing in rental properties in Cape Coral for 5 years and this home and owner were by far the best experience to date.

Wonderful Vacation Home
We had a great time staying here. The house was very clean and has a nice open floor plan so everyone can talk whether you're in the kitchen or living room. Of course our favorite part was hanging out by the pool and grilling. You have such a great view of the canal and you get lots of sun all day. At night we would be by the pool again watching the fish jump. The owner is very nice and easy to work with !

Great place for the family!
Me, my wife and our 2 girls (1.5 and 10) stayed at the Palms Villa for 10 days during June 2015. I always go strait to the reviews as I think this is most helpful in finding the right fit, so I hope those reading this will also write a review. Back to the home. Location, we stayed here while our extended family stayed on Sanibel. If you plan to go, the drive to Sanibel is about 40 minutes over 2 toll bridges. But that actually did not bother us because we liked being away from the tourist crowds in a nice quite neighborhood. No annoying tourists. In addition, the house is very close to Matlacha and Pine Island (about 8 minutes) and we loved those areas. We had breakfast several times at "The Perfect Cup" in Matlacha...OMG good! Try eating on Sanibel, it's crazy crowded & expensive! If you haven't driven out to the point on Pine Island it's worth it and not to far away from this location. Further, there is a Publix just a few miles away from this house where we could do our grocery shopping, very nice! The house, it was very clean, didn't reak of chemicals either. We met the cleaning lady on our way out and she was very nice. We didn't have to worry about the carpet getting sandy or dirty because of the tile floors. There is a TV in each room. There are lots of chairs in the pool area and as an added bonus pool toys in a locker to use. Plenty of linens, towels, shopping bags...etc. The beds were clean. The kitchen has plenty of items to cook with, eat/drink from, cutting boards, knives, tons of utensils (rare), it's fully stocked. We also found a couple of coolers in a closet which was great to use in the car. There is a computer to use with internet connection, a major plus. One of the best surprises was we found beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage! We found a shelling net on the beach and left it too. Last but not least working with the owner was smooth and easy. I had a question about the TV, the issue was resolved in minutes and he even called the house to make sure I was happy and everything was satisfactory. All in all I highly recommend this place, it's just great!

Fabulous!
Two friends and I stayed in this home and it was everything we wanted! The home is spacious, clean and had much more to offer than we really require. It is nicely furnished without being overdone--very comfortable. The pool is a good size and the water was warm, which was very nice. We love being on a canal. We enjoyed peaceful mornings poolside watching the sun come up and the occasional fish jump in the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and is convenient to Pine Island, which is one of our favorite places. We love the atmosphere of Pine Island and have several favorite restaurants there. This property suited our group perfectly! The owner was prompt in responding to all my questions and made this rental very easy. We hope to return to this home in the future!

Villa South Palms
We spent 2 weeks in this lovely home and would gladly recommend it to anyone. The home was spotless and had anything you could possibly need. Although we don't cook when we are there the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Plenty of clean linens, towels, washcloths, and beach towels. There were 4 new beach chairs for anyone interested and 8 bicycles to accommodate a large family. The location made is extremely convenient to restaurants, grocery stores. The pool area with a view of the canal is beautiful and well kept. The best part was that the owner is very accommodating and easy to work with.

Pre-holiday getaway
The owners and rental agent were extremely efficient and accommodating. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Wonderful, relaxing respite from cold weather and holiday craziness. Pool was great! Nice neighborhood and quiet area with easy access to Fort Myers, Sanibel etc.
