Villa Bellezza is located in the southwest corner of Cape Coral. Villa Bellezza is a large beautiful home, and includes a heated pool and hot tub, five bedrooms, three baths, on multi intersecting wide canals. . The Villa is perfect for several families, each bedroom's in a different corner of the home. Enjoy a large master bed and bathroom with king bed and separate sitting area. The large set of patio sliders opens directly to the hot tub. There are two other bedrooms on the first level with king size beds and bathrooms attached and a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed. The loft upstairs has a spectacular canal view and includes 2 queen beds and sofa. Enjoy sunset and sunrise views from the new is tiki hut and dock with 150 foot captains walk. There are several fishing poles and some fishing lures . The dock is available if you're bringing or renting a boat . There is a gas grill, outdoor kitchen, TV, and outdoor shower within the pool/ deck area. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on a very large over the water deck. The Villa has two sets of patio doors opening up the living room and the family room to the pool deck area, Pool equipment and all appliances have been updated in the past year. A second refrigerator/freezer in the garage is perfect for extra beverages and food. The boating location is perfect, and is a beautiful ride out to the Gulf of Mexico, and is only minutes from Fort Myers and Sanibel . There are a games on site for kids , 4 bikes, balls, diving sticks, and 2 kayaks & floats. As well as several sizes of life jackets. Finally, this is a non-smoking no Pet home. You will be fined . No Events

Best time with family in the most beautiful home on the bay
We loved everything about this home as well as the location. The process for chrckin was very sasy. So convenient as well. The owners were super sweet and txt us the code to the house and made us feel very comfortable in our home away from home. Everything was super clean, comfortable beds and the pool and hot tub were the best. The deck and tiki we rreally enjoyed as well. Thamk you so much for everything. We appreciate everything

We loved our stay at Villa Belezza! Lori is a great host (very prompt responses to any questions) and the house had everything needed for us to have a great week of vacation with our large three household family! Awesome family vacation
Spectacular! Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous home on the canal. Fished off the dock, kayaked, swam everyday in the pool, couldn't ask for more. Lori was available for any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this home!

Perfect house for large family
We enjoyed our week stay at the house! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The pool and hot tub were popular with our multi family group of 10! House was perfect as everyone had a room! The house had everything we needed and furniture was comfortable! The only downside is the distance to everything. I’ve forgotten how long it takes to drive places in FL. Lori was readily available and checked in with us multiple times. No issues with check in as she provided us the information needed days before. If we make it back to the area, we will consider staying again.

A Gem!
Villa Bellezza is certainly a treasure. Beautifully appointed, amenities galore and very spacious. Nice, peaceful neighborhood and located on the canal with amazing views. Lori, the host, is super. Wonderful and warm
property was clean, pool was warm, and the house had a lot of the extras (fishing poles, beach stuff, lots of towels, sheets and dishes). We had a wonderful experience with the family. Location is a bit far from the beaches (30 minutes but about 1 hour if you want to get on them during prime time between 9-11).

We had the most amazing stay! Lori is absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is so attentive and responds immediately to any questions. The house is well stocked with anything and everything you might need. There was a large amount of pool toys for the kids, beach games and toys to take with us to Sanibel, and fishing equipment for the amazing dock. And the two kayaks got used each and every day. We truly didn’t have anything we needed that wasn’t there! The house was clean and very well kept and the layout made it very easy for our party of 12 to spread out and each enjoy our own space or come together as a group! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Home
Our family stayed for 6 days at the Villa Bellezza home in Cape Coral. Our stay was in mid February 2024 and we had seven in our party. The accommodations were as listed and the canal views, deck and pool areas were great. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and restaurants and shops are within driving distance. The owner was responsive to our concerns/issues. We found it odd that the air conditioner thermostat can only be controlled/adjusted by texting the owner. Unfortunately, we did have some issues during our stay. The first day the pool wasn’t heating so the owner had us flip the circuit breaker on the pool equipment to get it running. Even after that, the pool was very difficult to maintain heat so we mainly just used the hot tub. In the middle of our stay, one of the toilets stopped flushing properly, and we had to mess with the inside filler to make it flush. And on the morning we left the master bathroom plugs stopped working. The loft area with the two queen beds does get warm, so we needed the provided fans. Some of the bath towels set out to use had stains, so we picked others in the closet to use instead. Overall the home was as advertised, had pretty views, was nice and quiet, well stocked and comfortable. We were generally pleased with our stay even with the issues.

House was as advertised. Everything you need is there. Kitchen was loaded with all utensils and cooking equipment you could need. Pool was amazing as was the view. Awesome location. We rented the house for a baseball tournament at JetBlue park and location was perfect. Owner kept clear lines of communication. Very happy with our vacation week.

Perfect spot for a getaway
The house is immaculate, fully furnished with everything you could need. Large, spacious and very clean. Dolphins swimming in the canal in the back yard. You can't go wrong with this house. The owner of the house is easily reachable and ready to handle any issues that might arise. Plenty of room for our group of 12, from the kids to the adults, it was great for everyone.
