Newly built Villa Ballerina makes you feel right at home once you enter the house which features 4 bedrooms with 3 double and 2 single beds as well as 2 full bathrooms. Unforgettable sunrises and sunsets overlooking the endless Arrow Canal provide the necessary feel-good atmosphere. The holiday residence has a beautiful swimming pool with a waterfall, a spacious garage and a wine refrigerator just to mention a few of the amenities.

The space:
The 4 bedrooms are equipped with the following beds:

- 2 bedrooms with one king-size bed ( 200cm x 200cm)
- 1 bedroom with one queen size bed each ( 160 cm x 200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with one twin size bed ( 100cm x 200cm)

The property manager is our neighbor Carmen who will do the check in and check out and help out in case of questions and requests.

Golfing:
Cape Royal Golf Course ( 11460 Royal Tee Circle ) is about 10 minutes from the cottage.
Boating:
The motorboat rental ( Pier 32/Walkers at Del Prado Blvd ) can be reached in 15 minutes and is located off of Del Prado and Cape Coral Pkwy (1503 SE 46 Lane).

Location:
Villa Ballerina is in a quiet neighborhood on the Arrowhead Canal. The view from the pool side into the canal is truly magnificent. Every sunset is a spectacle.

Getting around:
Parking is possible in the driveway or in the spacious garage which can accommodate 3 cars.
