Tropical Retreat in Southwest Cape Coral

This beautiful southwest Cape Coral home features a split bedroom design as well as a game room with a heated pool and 5 person jacuzzi in your private lanai. This home backs up to a wooded preserve and a nature trail of with abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoises. Both the master and guest bedroom have private entrances from the lanai. Pets welcome.

The pool heater is electric and set to 87 degrees at all times with no extra charge. The spa is a stand alone so you’re able to control the temperature there at will.

The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Stayed at this property for 5 days while working in the area. It was very well equipped and clean, back lanai with pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Very quiet and private, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

This house was exceptional! Split floor plan, new furnishings, spotlessly clean, pool heated to 87 degrees, hot tub available, washer/dryer. Peter was great at communicating. No major issues and this house was gorgeous in a great neighborhood on Cape Coral. Would most definitely stay there again. TY so much Peter! Loved it.

A great home in a nice area. The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues. We enjoyed cooking, eating, relaxing, and sleeping at the house. The kids enjoyed the pool, games, and having their own space. We would go here again and recommend it for other families. A short drive to beaches and other activities.

This was a great place to stay. The hot tub was everything the house looked just as it is described its beautiful and very spacious. There was a dilemma on my end but my host assured me that everything is ok and encouraged me to finish enjoying my stay.. any time i reached out i rexieved a response right after... i really appreciate pete for letting us stay this was a birthday getaway and it went well...thanks again and i recommend booking this place. We had an awesome experience! This rental was very clean, had a beautiful pool, hot tub, and everything we needed was provided. There were lots of towels, beach towels, dish and laundry detergent, and even large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We absolutely loved our stay! The pool and hot tub were so wonderful. We stayed with my 80 year old father, husband and two boys. Pete even purchased a cribbage board for us so we could play while the boys played in the pool. We made great memories! We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Fort Myers area.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Cape Coral. Very clean. The owner is superb! Beautiful location. The city is so clean and lots going on. Beaches were approx 1 hr away with drive time during the busy March break traffic. Fort Myers beach and Sanibel were both beautiful.

Perfect for the family!
This place was perfect for our family! We had two adults, two 8-year-olds and a 6-year-old. The pool was a beautiful 86 degrees and we were able to relax while the kids enjoyed so much pool and hot tub time. It’s a nice neighborhood, and the pool area has a view of the nature trail. The hosts were great. A nice laid back experience - highly recommended!
