Envision this...waking up to the sounds of exotic birds singing in the beautiful morning sunshine! You grab your cup of coffee and head down to your dock. While you are enjoying the serenity, you catch a glimpse of the manatee slowly sauntering past, or the fish jumping!

This is the perfect vacation rental home for your Florida journey. This ranch style home has all the comforts of your home.

Enjoy the comfortable, vacation living in our beautiful pool home located in the yacht club area of Cape Coral, on a canal, just MINUTES away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This home features a large eat in kitchen, open concept family room with a large screen TV, a bright and attractively furnished enclosed lanai (games room), 3 spacious bedrooms and large 2 bathrooms.

The large master suite which opens to the lanai, features a cozy pillow-topped King size bed, an ensuite with a large walk-in tiled shower and a huge walk-in closet. Also, there are two further bedrooms, one featuring a Queen size bed and the third bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds. No need to bring linens or go to the Laundromat...we have everything you need, just like home!

The fully equipped large open kitchen, which has a pass through to the games room, comes with all appliances (big and little) and of course a dishwasher! Everything you need - that's if you so wish to cook!

The pool area - with south western exposure - is fully screened, has a comfortable patio set, loungers and a large BBQ grill for everyone's enjoyment. The heated pool (electrically heated) features ceramic dolphins swimming and fibre optic lighting; choose your colour in the evening to set the mood! The pool overlooks the canal and the additional patio with boat dock; you can salt water fish off your own dock! This beautiful, waterfront home has direct access and is minutes away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have a 2021 - 22' Pontoon Boat available to those boating enthusiasts at an additional nominal weekly charge. We keep our weekly rate low and charge for electrical usage so those who are energy conscious SAVE money! We only charge for what is used and only at a rate of only 20 cents/KwH. A small electrical deposit is made with balance refunded within 10 days of departure.

This home is a 15 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Wonderful Golf courses are nearby! This is your home-away-from-home, so let the relaxation and fun begin! We loved this vacation home! It is beautiful, clean, in a perfect location! The pool is amazing! We didn’t rent the boat but think that’s a great option! Nadia, is so quick at responding if you have questions and very kind! I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Finding Serenity
Property was spotless. Beautifully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Pool well maintained. We really appreciated the communication sith Nadia and attention to detail kept us well informed. Very Nice Vacation
We stayed at this villa over the holidays and we had a great time. The house is lovely, very clean, modern and comfortable. The pool area is large and the kids had a great time in the pool. We rented the pontoon boat and had a great time driving to the beaches and picnic island. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would recommend this place and will rent again from them if we come back to the area.

Everything that you need for a great vacation!
Rent this place if you can. We were lucky to find it open due to a cancellation. So glad we did! Everything just renovated inside and it’s really nice. A pontoon boat is available also, so nice to have that right in your backyard. We hope this home is available next time we are in the area. Thanks so much to the owners!

Great Place - Great Vacation
Our family had a great vacation at this home. It is clean and nicely thought out. It is close to all amenities and the owners are excellent to deal with. Cape Coral canal house
this was our first time there, my 4 year old granddaughter,husband and i.The house had everything we needed, and was very comfortable.We rented the pontoon for a few days and it was great and comvienent,right out the back door.Hope to come back next year-end this would be my choice.Thanks Nadia and Brad for the great stay!

Vacation in the Cape
We've been coming to the Cape for many years and really know what we like and don't like. This property truly met our expectations of vacationing in the Cape. Brad and Nadia were 2 of the most pleasant people we have rented from. They were very responsive to any request we had. The house matched what was on the site perfectly. We loved the pool area. Great Home and Great Location!
The accommodations were perfect and were exactly as described and shown on the website. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations and the location of the home was perfect…two minutes to the open waters (great boat brad, personable captain who provided us the refresher lesson), the yacht club beach only a 5 minute bike ride away, and the shopping and restaurants all close by and the pool at night was great! The owners are very responsive and answered all our questions (and there were A LOT prior to our booking with them) without any hesitation or frustration. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Mecca of Relaxation
Our entire goal was to relax. That we did! This was our first time using VRBO and Nadia made it a breeze. The pool was wonderfulll!!!! We spent most of our time by the pool. The home has everything, even fishing rods & bikes in the garage. It was a perfect place for what we needed. We will be back! We loved it!

Nice home to spend your vacation at.
Just spent a week at this home in Cape Coral and had a great time. Loved hanging out around the pool and using the boat that we added to our rental. Owners were very accommodating of our 2 golden retrievers and were available for any issues that arose. The location of the house is quite close to the bay with easy access by boat. Saw dolphins in the channel, which was exciting. Very nice home for the price and being so close to most everything. Would definitely recommend.

Great Family Vacation
This house was immaculate, very well stocked and the perfect size for the 6 of us. A beautiful place to soak up sun, swim, go boating, and watch the sunset in the evening. We especially enjoyed the design of the property (home and grounds), with the beautiful and large pool, fantastically equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and common areas. The location is in the yacht club neighborhood where there are many places to walk and enjoy the scenery. Very safe neighbourhood. We swam everyday and it was very pleasant because the pool was heated. It was a wonderful vacation!

Great Place! Perfect Location
Brad and Nadia- We had such a great time at your place. We LOVED having the boat so we could have the kids out on the water to see the dolphins...The pool went over great for my 6 year old grandson and the location with the beach minutes away was great. Also having the night life was so nice for us. Visiting the local restaurants was so much fun with the out door music. So hoping we can do it again next year. Again thanks for everything! Your house is amazing!

Nice house close to the yacht club
This is my second time staying at this house. The house is clean, the pool is cool, and the location is great. The air conditioned indoor lanai area was great for watching the morning storms roll through. Very relaxing. We had one minor issue and Nadia was able to get it handled within hours of notification. Nadia is very attentive and works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Great Vacation - Great Home
My husband and I and our two young children stayed here for a week. We searched for some time for the perfect combination of location, luxury and comfort. It was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We are very finicky on how clean a home is and we were not disappointed with this home, we found exactly what we wanted. Our vacation was fantastic and the owners were great to deal with right from the initial contact to our departure. Everything was seamless and the location is great. We took day trips to various places (both by car and boat) and it was wonderful coming back "home" after a long day of exploring. Look no further - book now, you won't be disappointed!
