Welcome to Sunset Point

Sunset Point is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two bathroom Villa in SE Cape Coral.
Sunset Point is situated in the SE Cape with Freshwater Access and northern exposure views.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Sunset Point features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a King Size Bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the property and share a hallway bathroom which also serves as a pool bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Great stay in Cape Coral
We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The house is nice, clean and has everything. The location next to a channel is great, the neighborhood and area are safe. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day.

The property was conveniently located with lots of nice touches! Hangers in the closets, drawers full of cooking supplies, little treats. The only flaw was the neighbor to the right had two big dogs and did not pick up their waste. This left the bad smell drifting over to our pretty pool view. A more considerate neighbor would make the stay perfect.

Life by the canal, home with a pool!
Overall it was great with a clean place and all things as promised. I would suggest a new tap in the kitchen as it shoots water very sharply and wastes water. It’s still manageable. The pool was warm, the house is central to a lot of amenities and is safe.

Again, agency is good.
Again, agency is good. I think the owner of the property could put a little bit of money into it, especially replacing the cheapest flooring on earth - PERGO. Also, have someone install it that knows how to, rather then Dad on the weekend. Your team and agency appear great. Would recommend.

Our stay at Sunset Point was everything we wanted. The kitchen was so well stocked and the started kits were very helpful. It always is nice to have past renters leave a few things behind ...we were so grateful for the sunscreen...thank you...it felt so good to pay forward when we left a few starter items! The neighborhood was a great place to bike and our grandchildren enjoyed biking to see the resident burrowing owls. We for sure would recommend this property to the young and old alike...was so easy to get around Cape Coral from this location and shopping was within a few mile drive...very convenient for groceries! Thank you Vesteva for a wonderful stay and we will see you next year! The Vesteva group was such a joy to work with..no problems with the house and our check in and check out went great. We had such a great experience we decided to rent for next year with Vesteva . They were so helpful with helping us decide which property would work best for us as we travel with our well behaved golden doodle! Thank you Vesteva!

A gorgeous home, had the perfect bathroom that went out to the pool, we loved every second of our stay here. To seeing iguanas in the backyard and little tiny lizard friends while watching the sun rise over the water was spectacular, The home owner definitely was detail oriented with the binders about info around the home, all in all it was a great stay and it felt like home

We had an absolutely lovely time at Sunset Point.
We had an absolutely lovely time at Sunset Point. It was so relaxing and delightful. The house was perfect or our family. The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Everything was clean and well stocked. The deck and patio were so wonderful. It was so pretty to sit by the pool and be able to look out at the canal. We really had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had great experiences. Axel came to review the property during our check out time and was so kind and friendly.

The home was beautiful and in a location near road access for the activities were are interested in.
The home was beautiful and in a location near road access for the activities were are interested in. The neighborhood was very quiet and the canal had birds, iguanas, and fish to entertain us. We spent most of our time around the pool on the patio. We slept well in the beds. It was very helpful with one bathroom and shower off the pool for the children to dry off in. We would stay there again. Due to covid, our experience was by email and phone. Your team members were helpful and accommodating. The maintenance members that stopped by during the week were friendly and professional. Though we did not see the cleaners, they deserve note as the property was spotless on our arrival.

Wonderful poolside getaway!
This was a fantastic place to stay - a comfortable and clean home, a kitchen set up for easy cooking, convenience of a washer and drier, and best of all the beautiful, spacious screened-in porch with great seating and a lovely pool. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and great for walks, with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

Although we were happy with the home and location, the outdoor table and chairs need to be replaced.
Although we were happy with the home and location, the outdoor table and chairs need to be replaced. The wheels are a hazard for any senior and the cushions have no cush left. Also you may want to look at way to roll the pool solar cover in order lenghten the life of it otherwise it may start to rip. Thank you for being kind when we called and getting the reasons we called about addressed and resolved quickly.
