A few things the property stated would be provided were not provided or is need of improvement. We were not pleased that during our stay we were not offered the code to the front door or garage door opener even though the welcome package indicated as such. Followed up with property management and was informed the owner made the decision of not providing the access code and garage door opener. The property needs some attention to the outside. The outside garage door, front door and the lanai are in a need of a good broom or dust wand to knock down all of the spider webs, dead bugs and grass clippings. The sidewalk leading to the front door is in need of a good power washing. We found full trash cans that were not put out for trash collection. Towels had to be rewashed due to they were put away not completely dried thus they were sour smelling. The bathroom floors were sticky thus requiring to be cleaned again. The master shower smelled of mildew thus requiring to be cleaned prior to use. The shower light was burned out and was reported. As well as other issues of broken items. Cleaned all the bedrooms and found an eyeglass holder, glasses, crayon marker, empty snack bags and empty drink pouches under one of the trundle bed. Used our iRobot vacuum and the amount of dirt and dust picked up throughout the house made us wonder was the house really cleaned before we arrived. I used the bucket in the closet to wipe down the door handles and doors and found a very dirty bucket and mop. I cleaned the bucket prior to using. I would really think about hiring a better cleaning service. The overall job was very poor. Truly disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Last item to mention the owners need to have the carpets cleaned. The amount of spillage and spots on the carpet in all three bedrooms is very sad. If I was the owner, I would replace the carpet with tile or LVT planks.
