The kitchen has IT ALL for a FAMILY MEAL. Private Lanai w/ table for 4, gas grill, and just steps to the LARGE HEATED POOL. The boat slip comes with unit! Bring a boat or rent one. Two miles to 47th Ter downtown Cape restaurants and entertainment district. C U soon!
No smoking inside the condos or in the screened pool area...smoking in outside areas only
