Make a splash this vacation with this newly renovated pet-friendly villa featuring Heated Pool, Pool table, Kayaks, and Direct Gulf Access! Villa Carpe Diem will leave you savoring all of what Southwest Florida has to offer. You and your loved ones will be immersed in paradise from the second you open the grand front entry. This 4 bedroom – 3-bathroom, villa boasts just over 2,400 sq ft of tasteful furnishings and sliding glass doors, with sleeping capabilities for 8!

Upon entry into this villa, guests will fall in love with their vacation oasis! In the living room, guests will find a Smart TV, perfect for watching their favorite movie or TV show. Guests who love to cook will fall in love with the well-stocked kitchen. For guests who love to have fun, Villa Carpe Diem features a pool table!

In the bedrooms, guests will find two rooms featuring a King Size bed while the other two feature a queen size beds and two twin size beds. These rooms are beautifully decorated and feature plenty of storage for clothing. The bathrooms in this villa are luxuriously done and feature large free-standing showers.

Once outside, guests will fall in love with the true highlight of the property! This private oasis features a large, heated pool, perfect for floating around or swimming laps. In the screened in lanai, there is also lots of outdoor furniture and dining table. This furniture is perfect for relaxing or eating your favorite meal!

Down by the canal, guests will find seating under a tiki hut! This is the perfect place to enjoy water views, search for Southwest Florida wildlife, and catch some beautiful sunsets. For our adventurous guests, kayaks are provided to explore the canal!

With less than 5 minutes out to open water and close proximity to great local attractions - Villa Carpe Diem will have you wishing you'd planned a longer vacation!

This place was incredible. The memories we made as a family at this location were one's we will never forget. great location to many attractions. All in all a terrific vacation and even better place to stay

Villa Carpe Diem checked all the boxes
Villa Carpe Diem was perfect for our stay with friends and our two dogs. The two master suites on either side of the house gave everyone enough privacy and space. The dogs enjoyed the green space and going for walks in the neighborhood. The pool area was lovely. We not only enjoyed the comfortably heated pool but also had dinner in that space. I recommend this property for friends and families.

Your home is absolutely beautiful. We had a great time we enjoyed. Everyday we were there, the pool was amazing period the dock was amazing, how are the fishing was not that great period there was a lot of amenities in the home, and we would definitely re-rent this house again period

Great house. Just like shown in the listing. Great service from the property manager. Pool kept at a nice temperature. Lanai walls kept out the wind which was good as the weather was chilly. No luck fishing. Perhaps the water was too cold this time of year. Plenty of room for the family.

Perfect for Families
My family and I had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing that we could find wrong with our experience. We had got to the house before our original check in time and the neighbor had greeted us and offered to get ahold of the property manager for us, the property manager was there in less than 30 minutes and inspected the house and made sure we had everything we needed, the amenities were great and the pool was perfect. This house offered privacy and peace for our family of seven with a two and a one year old. It had a great location in the neighborhood and the canal access was great!

Beautiful relaxing but few hiccups
The place was beautiful nicest place we have ever stayed and will return but not to this property for few reasons property manager was almost none responsive my son does schooling and the wifi was out almost the whole week we were there the finally got it fixed and offered us an extra day which was lovely and the dishwasher flooded over and the coffee machine and the kuerig both stopped working while we were there also construction first thing in morning without notifying us on boat dock very loud and weird strangers on property that we were not informed about prior and toilets stopped up frequently and small ants or some kind of bug in bathroom floor they didnt even inform the cleaning lady that we were staying an extra day so she showed up ready to work and had to leave but I told her what was happening
