Breathtaking water views from most rooms at this sensational and recently remodeled vaction rental home. Located in SE Cape Coral, minutes away from dining and shopping. Walk out on your water front Villa to see the yachts zip by or rent a boat and enjoy your trip to the white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The property is located within walking distance to Horton Park & Boat Ramp, also directly on the Calooshatchee River.
Villa Riverview has enough room for up to six people in 3 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms, an oversized fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with unobstructed views of water, water and more water.
The swimming pool faces south and is heated by an electric heater. Enjoy the view from the large, covered sitting area for dining and lounging. Lots of privacy in the backyard due to the mature landscaping and wide river view. The property features hard surface flooring throughout and all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated.  
Villa Riverview bietet traumhafte Blicke auf den breiten Calooshatchee River von fast allen Zimmern dieses tollen Ferienhauses.  Dieses sehr geschmackvoll und gemuetlich eingerichtetet Hauss bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Baeder sowie eine grosse Kueche und ein offenes Wohnzimmer. Durch die grossen Glassschiebetueren gelangt man direkt auf die grosse Terrasse und den Swimmingpool. 
Von hier aus kann man relaxed die vielen Boote vorbeiziehen sehen. Das Haus ist direkt am Fluss und ist der ideale Platz um Delfine, Seekuehe und tropische Voegel zu beobachten. Sofern man eine Pause von der Sonne benoetigt kann man sich unter dem ueberdachten Bereich der Terrasse zurueckziehen und sich auf der Lounge entspannen. Das Haus wurde komplett im Jahre 2018/2019 renoviert und auf den neusten technischen Stand gebracht.

Great Stay
Had a couple of minor issues on arrival, unfamiliarity being some of it, the main issue regarding hot water supply was sorted super quick. Both the management and the owners were excellent, professional, efficient and friendly View from the pool deck is somewhat mesmerizing with what seems an ever changing outlook Local area really nice and of course is away from the theme park Florida, a really relaxing break Just really cheesed off that it is already booked for the snowbird season next year otherwise we would definitely have booked for a few weeks, may be 2026! Definitely recommend it

Beautiful water view and clean!
Great stay, a very clean and comfortable home. Excellent pool and view on the river. Very enjoyable stay and good location. We wish it would have been better Florida weather when we were visiting, unfortunately lots of rain, but we still enjoyed the pool as much as we could. It is definitely deeper than it looks! Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the pots, pans, and baking sheets, they seemed a bit old and scratched up.

Too many cockroaches
I understand that Florida is a warm country and roaches are common. But we counted over 10 roaches during our stay there (2 weeks), they just appeared over night. Most of them dead, so we weren't too worried. However on our last day a cockroach climbed out of the coffee pott. And that was it. Everything else is fine. Great location, clean house, good neighbourhood, loved the pool, the furniture need a little update.

Beautiful home with an ideal location! The home was well furnished and very clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood which was really nice! A short uber ride away, we were in an area with great restaurants and bars. I definitely recommend this location!

Nice Home and Location. You are working with a management company so keep that in mind when booking as not all management companies are created equal. Great Pool, good size rooms and plenty of room to spread out. The home is lacking some cooking comforts and updated cooking tools however everything else you would need to cook at home was available. Good value for location

Beautiful home! Perfect location right on the river, view was amazing
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The view of the river was amazing! We loved sitting out by the pool and watching all the boaters go by. Quiet neighborhood and close to all the shops and restaurants. Loved the swan towels. Highly recommended this home! We will definitely be back.
