VILLA MANAE - NEW ON THE MARKET OF THE RENT. House bought in May 2018 and completely renovated and tastefully furnished in October 2018.
House of 2300 square feet (220m2) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 8 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV with internet connection and direct access to the lanai and pool. Next to it is a bathroom equipped with a shower and 2 separate sinks and dressing room

Bedroom 2 and 3 are equipped with queen size beds, bedroom 4 with twin beds
Bedroom 2 has direct access to the outside.

All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with internet access (ROKU TV).
A bathroom is accessible from the pool area.

This home also offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen that is easily accessible from all the rooms.
It is fully equipped with large American fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

The pool has solar heating consisting of 9 panels on the roof.
The exterior offers a large attractive and comfortable living space with a direct view of the canal. It includes sun loungers, a dining table for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area ideal for enjoying Florida's colorful sunsets.

The house has a renovated dock that can accommodate your boat and allowing you to enjoy the canal (fishing ...)
The garage allows to park 2 cars

The villa also offers WIFI for using your own computer, pad or smartphone but also a high quality printer with scanner. You can listen to the music outside with the amp using your devices in Bluetooth.

This south-facing house offers access to the gulf. The house is ideally located in a residential area. It also offers easy access to all amenities such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment but remains, nevertheless in a quiet and charming neighborhood.
