Come and enjoy this vacation home in beautiful Southwest Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, and beaches. Bring your family, friends, or even your dog. We welcome all. Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.

Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.

Perfect for what we needed
The house was clean, renovated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed because we made all of our meals here. The pool and hot tub were amazing. And plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy communication amongst the property manager.

We had a great experience at this property. It was by far one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. We had clear communication from the start including updates during a hurricane threat. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days at the baseball Fields.

Pool Side Paradise
We spent a week here in November 2024. Very nice relaxing home with heated hot tub and pool. We used both daily. The property is very clean, quiet and in a nice neighborhood. As a bonus there is a great pizza place within walking distance. Every TV has a Roku device attached and there is a nice air hockey table which we did use. Communication with the owner was timely and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Peter was an incredible host. The house looks just like the photos and is in a quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced back yard was also a plus so my dogs could play while we swam in the pool. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

Amazing stay!
Our stay was wonderful! Pete was so helpful and quickly answered our questions. He even offered to bring us supplies when Hurricane Debby was passing by. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We loved watching the wild bunny rabbits each day as they played in the yard. The backyard is very private! It felt like we were the only ones for miles. The house is very conveniently located. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean the home smelled. Communication was great check in was easy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Loved the privacy and fenced in backyard for our 2 pups. If we are in the area again we will definitely rent this home. Thank you to the host.
