We are centrally located about 5 minutes from downtown Cape Coral where you'll find dining, shopping, and nightlife and 10 minutes to two bridges to Fort Myers for even more fun. Enjoy morning coffee listening to the pool waterfall, lounge in the sun by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or grill out and enjoy a poolside dinner.
This 2,000 sq ft home has recently undergone a full renovation featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an oversized kitchen and dining room and a Coastal Boho design. With plenty of room, four sliding glass doors overlooking the pool, and cozy furnishings, you'll find everything you need to experience indoor/outdoor living that Florida is famous for.
The large lanai is fully screened in with a heated pool featuring a hot tub and rock waterfall. The lanai has an outdoor dining table, chaise lounge chairs, and conversation seating area. The pool and jacuzzi heater can be turned on at the guest's convenience via a tablet mounted inside the home.
The master bedroom features a King bed with a new memory foam mattress, TV, view with access to the pool area, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The Wave bedroom features a Queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, closet, and view with access to the pool area. The Shell bedroom features a Queen bed with new memory foam mattress and closet. The Nautical bedroom features a Queen bed with new memory foam mattress and walk in-closet. The guest bathroom features a tub and shower with pool access.
The kitchen is the heart of the home with views of the pool, sparkling white quartz, countertop stove, peninsula with bar top, and sitting area. One side has access to a large dining room with a mounted TV and the other side has access to the main living room with seating and TV. The living room has queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and cooking utensils, table settings for 12, a combination drip pot/Keurig coffee machine, blender, and toaster.
We are a husband and wife team allowing someone to be available anytime! Should an issue arise during your stay or perhaps you'd like to know where to have breakfast in the Cape (it's Metro Diner, by the way), contact us by Air BnB message anytime to get a quick response!
House Rules:
1. If the house is extremely dirty after check out, meaning beyond what a courteous guest would leave (for example, more than one load of dirty dishes, dirty walls, excessive staining or dirtying of linens, leaving excessive amounts of trash, etc.), we will charge an additional $100 cleaning fee.
2. All overnight guests must be declared on the reservation with first and last names of all adults. We will charge an additional $40 for any additional overnight guest NOT declared on the reservation or via messaging. If you plan to have additional guests on the property at any time whose names were not provided on the reservation, you must contact us prior to request approval. Violation can lead to the immediate removal of all guests as you will be considered trespassing.
3. This is a self check in property. Please certify that you are able to follow the instructions provided for check in and check out.
4. Smoking is prohibited inside or outside of property. A $200 smoking fee per day will be incurred for any smoking on the premises.
5. If you have a late check out that was not given prior approval, you will be charged a $50 fee for beyond 30 minutes. At 2 hours after check out time, you will be charged for an additional day (base rate without discount). This does not award you an additional day.
6. Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood and be courteous to our neighbors. We request that you be mindful of noise after 10 pm.
7. This is a pet free home. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found on the premises during your stay, this may lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal of all guests. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found during or after check out, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee.
8. An inspection of the property is completed after every guest checks out and before every guest checks in. If accidental damages occur during your stay, please let us know prior to check out and we will do our best to work with you. If damages are found after check out with no prior notice given, we will automatically seek compensation.
9. We do not allow guests to host events at the house. This includes but is not limited to large family gatherings, parties, weddings, etc.
