"Winter" at NW 39 Ave.
A great rental for the three months we were in Florida. It was interesting to see the new homes being built in the area. The area was great for bicycling. Not all that far from restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Property
The house was exactly as advertised. Our booking was last minute to accommodate a medical issue and Michelle was fantastic. Quiet location in new development between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral.

Beautiful home
This was a beautiful home for my family of 5 to stay to be close to another family member’s home in Burnt Store Marina. Michelle was wonderful and very responsive to all of my messages. We were welcomed in to the home with a thoughtful card and flowers which was so very appreciated. Thank you!

Christmas with family
I was very pleased when I found this home. It was close to my son and new grandson, so it made for close travel between. We were able to fit our family in very comfortably and the house was very clean. We celebrated and made a nice meal, the kitchen was pretty well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were filled with plenty of storage. I will definitely stay in this home in the future.

Home away from home
I made reservations last minute because my new condo wasn’t ready to move in. Michelle was very accommodating and quick to respond with anything I needed. Her home was beautiful and an excellent place to stay with a family. I will definitely use this home again if I need extra space when friends and family come to visit.
