LIVING AREA

A sofa, love seat, and armchair set the scene for relaxation in the sophisticated living area. In the evening, settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and an array of stainless steel appliances.

While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for six. When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the eight-person dining table. Enjoy breakfast at the table for four just off the kitchen.

BED & BATH

This single-story home sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms.

Find supreme comfort in the spacious primary suite, complete with a king bed, TV, desk, direct lanai access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, featuring a king bed and a TV.

The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds and a TV, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a king bed.

The guest bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Take delight in your private oasis on the screened lanai. Splash around in the heated saltwater pool (6’ deep). Relax poolside on the two loungers or in the four Adirondack chairs.

Make use of your private boat dock with Gulf access and explore the open waters.

Take in sunsets over the canal as you enjoy a soothing soak in the pool spa.

In the evening, make use of the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table.

Parking is available for three cars, with one in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

The dock can accommodate a boat up to 28’. The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
