Extended Stay at the Purple Dolphin
Wonderful lake side setting for multiple activities. Kayaking, fishing or just watching the turtles and birds. Located on a quiet road with easy access to South Cape. Randy has been a great host and always responsive to any questions we have. Really have enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was nicely decorated, had a great layout, and was very relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, the master shower was amazing and the home had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!!

Sometimes a small thing or things can make you overlook the whole picture. Two things I did not like. One, there were weeds growing between pool pavers. Secondly, we arrived on Thursday and advised the local contact that the pool pump was not on and there was debris on the water. Was told someone would come by . Then was was told the pool cleaning is done on Wednesday. I just wanted the pool pump to circulate the water. It wasn’t until Saturday morning that it was turned on. That definitely turned me off to this place.

All you need!
Excellent communication and everything on the property is of high quality. Enjoyed time on the lanai or by the water and kayaking the canals. Beds were very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood yet easy access to a variety of entertainment and recreation. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with quality & thoughtful details
So many details contributed to my enjoyment of this rental. The beautiful furnishings, upscale linens, and fully equipped kitchen all help make this a very relaxing visit. I’ve stayed in many many Vrbo rentals. Sometimes the kitchen is equipped with dollar store type utensils. This one had beautiful, stainless steel mixing bowls, high-quality pots and pans, great appliances, all in good repair. The pool side view cannot be beat. It was private yet very sunny with a fantastic view over the waterway. This entire area was hit hard by hurricane a few years ago. Some homes in the neighborhood have not been repaired yet, but others are completely rebuilt. Overall, the neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant and I enjoyed my walks there.

Lovely Home
Very lovely home inside and outside. Waking up to the view of the canal and the pool was so nice. The furnishings in the home were up to date and comfortable. Appliances worked well. The neighborhood is nice. Theres a lot to see in tbe area for a half hour drive. Many businesses are ciming back after Hurricane Ian so there are plenty of things to do and places to shop and eat.

Great stay
The house overall was great. Only issues were that soap dispensers, laundry detergent, etc were left empty or almost empty (which was disappointing due to the price of rental), and the lanai was missing multiple screens from the hurricane. The den with the sleeper sofa does have sliding doors which makes for a comfortable third bedroom!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus am Kanal
Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus . Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet , der Pool war toll und der Blick auf den Kanal war auch sehr schön , besonders zum Sonnenaufgang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben . Mit den Kanus kann man sehr schön durch die Kanäle fahren . Bisher war dies unser bestes Ferienhaus.
