Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... Perfect location
My son and I visited a Cape Coral to check out the beaches in the area and pick up a MN Twins Spring Trainjng game. I chose this quaint little apartment and pool and hot tub because it was in a great location and it's affordable price located in a quiet neighborhood. Judi, our Property Manager, W Was very helpful and polite and friendly during the whole course of our stay. This was a top notch building and top notch management all the way through. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and how quiet the neighborhood was. I recommend this for anyone visiting the Cape Coral area.

The property is clean and as pictured on the site. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked almost every night we were here. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub area exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The location was perfect - within walking distance of a small beach, grocery store, gym and everything else we might need. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.

Perfect spot in Cape Coral
This property was just a few blocks away from my cousins in town. Nice little pool and hot tub, which I really did not get to enjoy much, but it was a good little getaway spot for me in between my other road trip activity around the region.

The condo was so cute and so clean! Great communication with the property manager. Pool is perfect temp day round and night. Quick Uber ride or nice walk to lots of areas. I will be back. The perfect humble abode!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, easy to find and had everything we needed! Kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, glasses and coffee pot. Toaster, oven, stove and functional fridge/freezer, some pots and pans. We were able to a store food for the week no problem. Pool was clean, refreshing after a long day at the ball park. Location is within 20 min of most attractions. Judi was accessible, kind and helpful! Perfect place to stay if you’d like a quiet tucked away spot to recharge!

These accommodations were exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. We were very busy meeting up with friends in the area, exploring nature areas and beaches, and visiting restaurants and breweries, so this location made it easy to get around. We were able to walk to several establishments but also access the bridge to Ft. Meyers. Our unit was perfect for the two of us and well equipped and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

We lost our roof with Hurricane Ian and my husband and I were down checking on repairs. This was the perfect place to stay. It is exactly as pictured, very clean, very nice guests in the other units, super responsive host, and a great location. I highly recommend!

Just what I needed
The on site details reflect the propertry well. Everything is as it should be and I had no problems. Communication was very good with good follow up. The pool altough on the small size was adequote and well heated. I enjoyed ny time tere raeding and enjoying a l glass of wine in a plastic cup. The kitchen is a bit tight but ideal for 1 with everything you need. There is no dishwasher but as its a small space not surprizing. A small full bottle of dawn provided with new washing up cloths, sponges etc. Drying cloths also supplied.. Before this I stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with pool, which was cold, the interior not very well cleaned and with food left in cupbards with went out of date when I arrived. The opersite of what I found here. The snack bars are a great welcome - thank you.. I guess the real question is would I stay there again? The answer is yes without hesitation. I would however bring an HDMI lead to connect my laptop to the TV.
