Nice neighborhood, heated pool home, close to beaches, marina, restaurants, shopping and island life. Snow birders paradise with fishing and golfing and just a 3 hour boat ride away to key west on the Key West Express. Sunsplash family water park 15 minutes away. Pickle ball courts also close. Lawn and pool maintenance, solar panels and bi-weekly house keeping.

The property was just as it was described the host was very attentive and communicative quite area peaceful for a family to stay with easy access to beaches and shopping that was needed overall would highly recommended
