Villa Champagne offers you a southern exposure so you’ll have the warmth of the sun all year round by the beautiful pool.

Relax on the lounge chairs by the dock or nap on the lovely sofas by the pool. Villa Champagne is all newly remodeled. You will enjoy the new furniture as well as the 50 inch TV in the living room and 32 and 24 inch TVs in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. This house can accommodate 6 guests

Property was perfect for our girls weekend. Fairly centrally located too many bars and restaurants, not far from Fortt Myers beach… Very comfortable home, nice pool, all the amenities needed for a long weekend

Wonderful
We were in Cape Coral to visit my husbands parents and the house was perfect. We spent most evenings on the lanai playing cards. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property
1st time in Cape Coral so it took a bit getting our bearings. Villa is in a good location not far from some great restaurants and grocery shops and short drive to Fort Myers. The villa was well equipped for a small party like us but would struggle to provide sufficient cups and bowls for a larger party. Bed was very comfortable Plenty towels soaps and pool towels provided Lovely and safe neighbourhood

Awesome week - weather was fantastic, pool area the highlight at the house, location was very convenient. Cleaning company could do a little better job and property is for sale so some of the furniture in the booking photos was not there but overall a wonderful vacation!

Stayed w/3 adult kids & spouse, for real estate in the area. Pool, layout, kitchen, amenities, cleanliness, owner communication all great. We would stay again if coming to area. Some of patio furniture doesnt match pictures, make sure check window as locked, rest of stay great.

The home was as described in the VRBO listing. The house was clean, in excellent repair and reasonably priced. Would rent this home again. Although the home had a boat launch, which we didn't use was a nice plus. My spouse and I enjoyed sitting on the pier watching the wildlife.

Are family had a great stay thanks to the Harwick's. The pool was nice and relaxing the kids loved the canal for fishing. We one small issue the ac stopped working but the property manager Greg got right on it and had it fixed right away thanks Greg. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home to stay in- just needs tweaking
We loved the house and location. Was very clean. The only thing we suggest is replacing all of the mattresses and removing the carpet in bedrooms. The mattresses were like the ones we sell that are meant for once in awhile use with a one year warranty. They were caving in and crunching before laying down on them and we are a small couple. The 4 inch memory foam doesn’t help the failing coils beneath it. Anyone with back problems would need to sleep somewhere else. Needless to say unless good mattresses are put in this house -return customers may be a bit of a challenge. Still beautiful house with potential but it does need to have good mattresses. Also the swimming pool was dirty the first night and then the pool guy showed up to skim off the filth. However the pump never ran and layers of sand were laying on the lining. Anyone who has a pool knows how important it is to keep the filters and pump running. I did not use the pool nor would I recommend using it. Just a couple of things to tweak and we would go back again. The area was beautiful and the people were friendly.

We enjoyed the property so much! The house is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kids lived in the wonderful pool! The dock was a peaceful place to sit enjoy the canal and watching wildlife. The owners were so kind and responsive to messages. We will definitely be back!

A great option for a value stay
We spent two weeks at the Pelican. We really enjoyed the floor plan, as it offered separation between the guest rooms (my office) and the master bedroom. We spent a lot of time around the pool area and the pool was very nice for a home in this price range. We found the kitchen to be well equipped, in good working order, and 100% free from any unwelcomed guests mentioned in other reviews. HVAC system worked very well too. I'm deducting one star for beds and mattresses that were below expectations when compared to our other VRBO stays and for the broken sink drain in the guest bathroom that should have been easily fixed for <$20 before our arrival. Overall, this house is a pretty good value for the price, just don't expect luxury.

Nice Home and Location
Overall the house was as described and expected. The pool and outdoor area was very enjoyable and if you keep the cover on the pool it stays really warm and comfortable. The only suggestions i'd have to improve our experience is to add an outdoor TV on the Lanai and one trash can does not cover a week's worth of trash so perhaps add a second. The Dock was nice although i will warn you that if you follow the no wake rule its about an hour and 15 minutes to the river so be prepared if you rent a boat. Kitchen was nice and very cooking friendly. The oven and microwave worked very well as did the fridge. The washer and dryer are nice to have if you are staying a week or more. Most of the rooms were equipped with ROKU's so we were able to log into our prime, netflix, and fubo and enjoy television in the evenings. The location is very good to get to the restaurants, Fort Myers and Pine Island quickly. Overall a very nice property- we enjoyed our stay!

SW FL get away looking for 90 day rental
Loved the location. Pool and private dock. Property needs updating. Beds were awful all three. Living room furniture was very soiled as were the carpets. We had ants and roaches. The owners have a property manager so probably haven't been there in a while. The property manager have the exterminator come out 2 days after we notified them. If the owner address these problems it could be a great place.

Great location but house is in desperate need of a good clean & an exterminator!
Location & area is beautiful. We had an enormous amount of ants crawling up the walls in the master bath, huge roach appeared on the last day. The one bedroom didn’t even have a bed skirt & the room smelled. The lanai had rips in the screens & patio floor was gross, desperately needs a power wash, we found dirty diapers in the outdoor garage pail, they surely need a new cleaning service. The garage had fish bait from the prior tenant or whoever and the stench of old fish was unbearable, we had to leave the bucket outside the house. We found a live bug in the master bedroom drawer. The glasses in the cupboard smelled of mold and the cookie pan that was in the oven look like it had never been cleaned. Carpets had stains. We were only given one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper. The house is nice but surely needs some TLC & a really good clean.

The house was nice and pretty accurate to the online description. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was nice and private. There isn't much of a "shallow end" so for anyone with kids or weak swimmers, just be mindful of that. The backyard wasn't as big as I thought but it was still nice and really private. Our only "issue" was the yard was never mowed; it was high when we arrived and never cut during the week we stayed. The house next door to us (that sat empty the entire time) was done twice while we were there. I contacted the Property Manager about laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags (things we needed for the check-out process). He got back to me right away and helped me find everything (except for the laundry detergent...which I think you should leave just 2 pods -like you do for the dishes- so we have something to use for the towels). The neighborhood was really quiet, friendly, and safe! Overall we had a fantastic time! Check-in and check-out process was super easy and the house was nice! We'd stay there again :)

All in all the house was just ok. But there was hair in the drawer in the master bedroom. One of the other bedrooms had blood stains on a pillow case. The yard really needs mowing. Not bad for the price I guess.
