Villa Champagne guarantees you a quiet and relaxing environment. Located on a canal with Gulf access, you will be able to boat directly from the house to the most wonderful beaches of Florida and watch the dolphins. Rent a boat from any of the nearby rental companies and leave the boat directly at your dock. Villa Champagne offers you a southern exposure so you’ll have the warmth of the sun all year round by the beautiful pool.

Relax on the lounge chairs by the dock or nap on the lovely sofas by the pool. Villa Champagne is all newly remodeled. You will enjoy the new furniture as well as the 50 inch TV in the living room and 32 and 24 inch TVs in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. This house can accommodate 6 guests

This house has 1 king bed and 2 queen beds with new mattresses as of 9/22. The great room is spacious and provides a great view on the canal. 30 minutes from Fort Myers International airport, near many golf courses, and only 2 to 3 hours away to Miami, Orlando, Bush Gardens. Villa Champagne is waiting for you.

Wonderful
We were in Cape Coral to visit my husbands parents and the house was perfect. We spent most evenings on the lanai playing cards. The pool was very nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The picture's don't do it justice. The pool was exceptionally clean and warm, the house was tidy and had a fresh design and the kitchen had everything you needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome week - weather was fantastic, pool area the highlight at the house, location was very convenient. Cleaning company could do a little better job and property is for sale so some of the furniture in the booking photos was not there but overall a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful villa
Spend 3 weeks in this wonderful home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The patio is very well furnished and a great place to relax. The owner and property manager were a pleasure to work with.

Are family had a great time
Are family had a great stay thanks to the Harwick's. The pool was nice and relaxing the kids loved the canal for fishing. We one small issue the ac stopped working but the property manager Greg got right on it and had it fixed right away thanks Greg. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed w/3 adult kids & spouse, for real estate in the area. Pool, layout, kitchen, amenities, cleanliness, owner communication all great. We would stay again if coming to area. Some of patio furniture doesnt match pictures, make sure check window as locked, rest of stay great.

Perfect place for a great vacation
The House is located in a quiet and safe environment. The owner and property manager were doing everything to have a good time in Villa Champagne. The kids loved the house and the pool more than going to the nice beaches :-) We can recommend this property to everyone, looking for a nice place to relax, do some shopping or go to one of the beautiful beaches. 5***** for the great time we had!

Wonderful April in Cape Coral at Villa Champagne
My wife and I just spent a lovely month at Villa Champagne in Cape Coral, Florida. The home was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and in a quiet, easy to drive to location. We used the swimming pool daily as the weather was perfect. The owners and property manager were very responsive to our requests.

Amazing getaway from reality
Besides having a clean and beautiful house, Tena and Michelle were great host and answered any questions you had in a prompt manner. My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here and got away from the work life and reality for a couple of days. It was great nonetheless we hope to return sometime in the future!
