The Cape Escape is the perfect place to make your family vacation memories!

In this peaceful pool side retreat you will feel relaxed and at home. When you arrive you’ll find a perfectly clean and organized home ready for you to enjoy. It is fully stocked and prepared for groups up to 10 and equipped for young families.

-Perfect for young families (pack + play with mattress and bedding, sound machine, toys, and books provided)

-Quiet neighborhood near Cape Coral public beach and local restaurants

-Cape Coral is located near many beautiful beaches including Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Bonita.

Whether you spend your days relaxing by the pool, cooking a special meal, playing games with your family or snuggling up on lounge chair with a good book, you are sure to enjoy this magical escape from your everyday life!

Guests have access to the entire home except for two locked storage closets in the garage.
Other things to note
-The pool heater is set to 83degrees, however, if the air temperature drops below 70 degrees the 85 degree temp may not be maintained. We can’t guarantee an 85 degree pool.

-We have security cameras located on the exterior of the property and one in the garage.

-You must be 25 years old to book a stay in our home.

-No parties or pets allowed on the property.

Amazing vacation
The property was great! The outdoor space was perfect. Kids loved eating outside and all of the provided pool toys. The house was clean and well maintained and had plenty of space for our two families. Great trip!

Girls Retreat
8 women stayed here to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Communication with Ryan was friendly and immediate. It is a beauty! Plenty of space, quiet and all of the necessities! Walmart was honestly 2 minutes away to get our supplies. We traveled to Naples & Fort Myers to explore!

The perfect place……
Our electricians traveled from Houston to Florida to help in the aftermath of hurricane Ian. They worked as much as 12-13 hours a day and were exhausted. They commented on how perfect this house was for them and said it was beautiful. They ALL gave it two thumbs up for a total 20. Thank you Ryan for your hospitality and for making sure our crew had what they needed to be comfortable as they recharged for their tomorrows. Yours friends at Tron Electric.

Perfect home!
Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful Cape home. Our group was two families with 5 kids between the two. This home was perfect for what we were looking for. The house has everything you will need to be comfortable. From the pool toys, cornhole boards, and cooler in the garage, to the toiletries, to the well stocked kitchen.... it was high at the top of properties we have stayed in. The aesthetic was gorgeous. Our kiddos loved the robes in the rooms, and the adults appreciated the nicer pots, pans, appliances, etc. It felt more like a home than a rental. The only minor thing I would complain about was that 10am was a little early for checkout. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay! Thank you Ryan and family!
