The Villa Coral Sunshine captivates above all by its large, fantastically beautiful terrace. It resembles an oasis of well-being which is divided into different areas. A lounge area with comfortable seating under the covered terrace, a spa area with 2 sun loungers, further seating by the pool and an outdoor dining area with table, chairs and sun umbrella as well as a pool in a fancy shape. The right place to leave the hectic of everyday life behind and to really switch off. Situated at a canal with gulf access, you can also easily dock a rental boat there.
The house was bought by the current owners in November 2019 and lovingly refurnished. In front of the house entrance door is a small "Zen garden" which radiates peace and serenity. The new white lacquer kitchen is equipped with stainless steel electrical appliances. Directly from the entrance area, you reach the living room with TV and comfortable seating. A large sliding glass door gives a view of the terrace
In the separate dining area - open to the kitchen - there is a table and 6 chairs for a nice dinner if you want to escape the sun. . Ceiling fans on the terrace, in the living room and bedroom provide a cool breeze. The furnishing of the bedrooms is modern and timeless. Lovingly selected decorations complete the special flair of this house. The master bedroom has a TV - unfortunately not yet visible on the available photos.
The master area (King) with private bathroom is located on the right side of the house and also has access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. The other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twin) with bathroom in between are on the left side of the house.
For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:
detergent, cleaning products and dish washing sponge
Filling up the dishwasher detergent, the dishwasher taps, the coffee filter and the garbage bags
Cleaning products such as window cleaners, all-purpose cleaners and disinfectants

Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.
***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
