From the outside, it resembles a ranch house straight out of Wyoming or Texas, but step inside, and you’ll discover a sleek, contemporary interior with all the comforts of home. The farmhouse-style front porch invites you to sit and relax on the Hollywood swing or at the cozy table and chairs. With approximately 600 sq ft, of living space, Arabella Ranch is perfect for large groups or families. The main house includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while a separate guest apartment offers its own kitchen, living/dining area, bedroom, and bathroom (70 sq ft). For entertainment, the main house is equipped with 9 TVs, and the guest apartment has 2 more, including access to German TV channels.

On the first floor, you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar, a dining area that seats up to 12, a modern lounge with TV, and a comfortable living area with a vintage wood-burning fireplace (decorative only). There’s also a small dining nook, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via a freestanding wooden staircase, includes a master suite, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an office with a glass floor, and a game room with a pool table, bar, and TV. The master suite opens onto an 80 sq ft, balcony that runs the length of the house, with seating and loungers available.

The expansive 200 sq ft, south-facing terrace is the perfect place to unwind, complete with a comfortable seating area, panoramic screen, and beautiful views of the surrounding nature. A spa attached to the pool offers room for up to 12 people, and both the pool and spa can be heated. There’s also a gas grill for outdoor barbecues.

Amazing Property & Host
We were elated with our experience at Villa Arabella Ranch! We had six adults, four children, and a fur baby and had more than enough room for all of us! Brigitte was an outstanding host! She replied to any questions we had very promptly. She even had our fur baby a name tag made to commerate the vacation! We could not have had a better host or a more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Villa Arabella Ranch for your vacation desires!

We made the best of our two week stay. The house was clean but had a horrendous smell of sulfur, not disclosed in VRBO description. We are a senior group and had trouble with the directions for the downstairs shower. Called host and was told a plumber would be coming. Called the next 4 days and was told a plumber would be coming. Come to find out, it was operator error, however, the plumber never showed up, a handyman never showed up and the downstairs guests went 4 days without a shower. Poor response to a simple request. The grill was dirty upon arrival. We cleaned it, used it once, and cleaned it. Called the host to say the tank was empty. Was told to go buy one and send her the receipt. Consequently was charged the $50 grill cleaning fee after telling VRBO I was only authorizing the gas and electricity bill of $833.19 for the 2 week stay. Ultimately, would not recommend this house.

Awful. Property had damage and 1 bedroom apartment was not safe to stay in do to broken window broken glass and mold. The main house master bathroom had sink water running into a bucket under the sink. This is not okay especially after a hurricane and declared National Disaster to take advantage of displaced individuals. Than only 5 of our group had gotten to Property at 7pm and we told the others do not come we are leaving in the morning, left by 11am and VRBO kept ???(not allowed to say how much apparently)of our money??? For what? This is so shameful to be taking advantage of us as we are trying to put back the pieces of our shattered lives and homes from Hurricane Ian. Pathetic VRBO.

A GREAT RELAXING FAMILY VACATION
This was our family's 13th family vacation that we have rented a home - NC, TN, GA, FL. This year included only our adult children and their spouses (8) and 3 of our dogs. We have in the past included our grandchildren but they are now grown with college, jobs, etc. This home was very large and all of us had our own space. The pool was great and neighborhood very quiet and great for walking the dogs. My children and I are all cooks so the spacious kitchens {in the main home and the upstairs condo} was great. We only had delivery on our last night. My only comment is that if you do cook then you will need to bring any spices or special small appliances. Otherwise the kitchens were very well equipped. There are remotes for all the extras - TV's, fans, pool, lights, etc. My suggestion, especially if have small children, is to keep them in place as not to get lost or misplaced. Thank you Brigitte for sharing your home. It was very clean, relaxing and you were a great host.

Beautiful Home BUT....
My family and I rented this house for a week in July. The outside of the house does need some TLC but the house is exactly as pictured except the couches in the living room are not the same as the pictures. The listing states there is a "guest house" included, however there is no access to it and the door is locked but there are lights on inside (we had to pay for electricity). Be prepared for a pretty high electric bill as well. We only cooked one night, and washed two loads of laundry aside from the towels you are required to wash, and the ac was always set to 74° when we was there and 78° when we weren't and our electric bill was $240 for the week. We only used the hot tub once and that charge was $20, so be prepared for the utility fees once you check out. Also, a very disappointing thing about the house is the listing says there is a grill, but if you use it-you will be charged $35, which is ridiculous because you pay a cleaning fee with the booking. And you are NOT allowed to sleep under the comforters in any of the bedrooms. You are only allowed to use small throw blankets and sleep on top of the comforter. and the comforters don't seem like they are washed after each guest. For the price you pay a night, it would of been nice to sleep on sheets and clean blankets. The communication with the owner was good, she did respond quickly to any issues we had. Overall, the house is beautiful but I personally won't rent another VRBO that doesn't include the electric and gas and doesn't allow you to sleep under the comforters.

Wonderful big home for that family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms and space.
Although we were charged extra for propane and electric, the pool nor hot tub ever became warm. Total cost was a little under 400 dollars for this. The pool, however, was great to swim in and the patio was wonderful. Plenty of seating everywhere and televisions every where. Setting was rustic and private on a very quiet street!!

Great getaway
The home on the outside needs some TLC but once you go in, it is a beautiful, clean, well-equipped, as-pictured home. The septic alarm went off and the upstairs A/C went out during our stay but our host, Brigette, was very responsive. The A/C was fixed the same day and she had someone checking the septic but it caused us no problems. We should have been warned that the cooktop was induction so it took a few days to figure out since there were no instructions. If you are looking for a private peaceful place to stay, this is it.

Our Stay at the Arabella Ranch
We absolutely loved staying at the Arabella Ranch! My wife and I wanted to go somewhere warm to work remotely from our home in MI. From the beginning, Brigette was very hospitable, and answered all of our questions. We felt right at home at the Arabella Ranch. It had all of the comforts of home, we loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub. My wife worked right at poolside. The office I was in had a see through floor which was very cool. The neighborhood was very quiet and on a circular street which was great for walking. Shopping centers, etc were close by. It was an excellent enviroment to work in, we were very productive. We were amazed at the number of TV's in the house. The kitchen was awesome, especially for my wife who loves to cook. I would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone who loves to live in the lap of luxury. Best Wishes Keith and Amy

Nice and spacious property - centrally located to tons of fun areas
Our stay at Arabella Ranch was nice, although not without some of the expected hiccups. 1. Although this house is listed as sleeping 12, the advertised rate is for only 4 people. Each person beyond 4 is $150/week extra. This is not stated anywhere in the listing and looks like a tax in the final checkout. The result is that this property may not be as good a value as you might hope if you are traveling with larger groups. 2. The spa would not heat above 89F until 48 hours after we arrived. The manager was very good about troubleshooting the issue with me and sending out a technician to resolve the issue. 3. Utilities (gas and electric) are paid al la carte and it is the responsibility of the guest to photograph and provide meter readings to the host. Over all we enjoyed our stay at the property. Although some of the pricing/costs are not typical the stay was good. Management was good to deal with.

We spent 13 days at the Arabella Ranch and loved it. The home is furnished very nicely and has everything you need. Bridgette, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Yes, as noted in the description, there are additional charges but they are all in your control. The home would accomodate a large group. The pool area is very nice and peaceful. The home is located in a subdivision that has very large lots so you have a lot of privacy. You cannot see any neighbors and there is very little traffic.
