We are all rebuilt and super excited to welcome our lovely tourists back to SW Florida! Welcome to your brand new four bedroom, three bathroom South Cape Coral home, with private outdoor pool. This quiet neighborhood, offers a relaxing sophisticated tropical vibe. Just minutes away from local favorite Cape Coral Yacht Club...and quick routes to all Southern Florida has to offer.

Enter the home to pool views and indoor/outdoor living. Double-wide sliding glass doors open directly to an outdoor oasis. Pool, pergola, loungers, sun or shade, there is a space to relax no matter your preference. Plus a full size BBQ to get the fun started.

Indoors is the ultimate in open plan living. Your kitchen, living, and dining room offers lots of space to chill and read a book, or entertain and watch the big game. Kitchen is fully stocked, including filtered water and ice maker from the fridge/freezer.

The house is a unique layout with dual primary suites. A private king bed and ensuite bathroom on one side of the house offers direct access outside via sliding doors. On the opposite side is an additional oversized primary suite, with king bed and private bathroom and barn door access. Two additional bedrooms offer two twin beds in each. There is an additional bathroom with tub/shower combo, and double sinks. All bedrooms have ample closet space to hang or store suitcases, and individual Amazon Fire TVs for all your favorite streaming apps. Plenty of privacy for all guests.

All beds are plush mattresses with hotel quality sheets and lots of pillows for a restful night’s sleep!

Bathrooms all include fluffy white towels, hand soap, plus extra towels to hit the beach or lounge poolside.

This lovely home is one level with key box entry, offering easy and secure access for all guests.

The home is very well kept, the pool was serviced for us the morning of. Very spacious. I hosted my mom’s surprise 75th birthday dinner and she loved it.. the property manager replied back to all my messages on a timely basis. Would rent again..

Best stay we've had in Cape Coral
The home is perfect. Everything's new, including the pool, kitchen and the furniture. It was so peaceful staying here. The kids never left the pool, even when it was raining and we could see them from the living room. Having the pool, the grill and the TV's meant the whole family were content. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in, I don't know why hotels don't have these types of mattresses and there was closet space, more than we needed. The location is great. It's a stones throw from the beach and Yacht club, was easy to find, but was also close enough to all the bars and restaurants on SE 47th Terrace. Communication with the owners was fine. They replied within a couple of minutes to our questions. Which is unusual but very welcome. Overall, we'd stay here again. If you're considering a few and this one's on your list, book it before someone else does.

The spacious bedrooms provided a peaceful retreat, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of full of activities. One of the highlights of this rental was the backyard area. The private pool was a refreshing touch to Florida’s heat and humidity which was perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. From check-in to check-out, these hosts really have thought of every detail. Lovely neighborhood, central to all of south cape coral fun. House was spotless, obviously newly re-done. The beds were comfy and soft. Livingroom and kitchen had everything we needed, although there were great dining choices and we had some food deliveries which was super easy. The pool and outdoor space are AMAZING. This was one of the things that convinced us to book this house, it's just as good as the pictures show. In fact, I think my favorite vacation day, we didnt even leave the house, just hung outside and BBQd. Book it, you wont be disappointed.
