This is a wonderful place with beautiful views. We’ve enjoyed it a lot, this is our second time to Stay there, we recommend it for every one that is looking to stay in this area. The place is super clean and the hosts are wonderful to deal with.

Great place
This was perfect for two families. Each side of the house had a couple bedrooms and a bathroom which allowed us to have our own space. The dock was really nice and worked well for the boat we rented during our stay. Overall, a great place in a great location!

I loved waking up to the sunrise over the water. Everything was clean and homely feeling. We arrived on the 4th and you could see the fireworks feom the pool area.

Great place to be your home away from home
We had a wonderful stay at Twin Palms. There was a bit of a "snafoo" when we first got there due to the discrepancy in the room descriptions, but we figured it out. The place is clean and neighborhood nice and quiet. The lanai was a great place for all of us (10) to hang out and play cards and watch TV together. There were coolers, chairs and an umbrella in the garage and came in very helpful for our trips to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property. Great place for families.

Great Place to Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here! Was a beautiful place with lots of space. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of beach toys, coolers and wagon. Also had fishing poles which were fun. Saw lots of wildlife including lizards and a mantee. Pool was soo nice and the neighborhood was very quiet Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our trip. Beds were comfortable. The pool heater wasn’t working but property manager addressed. TV outside is a plus! Also, no grilling is allowed in the back by pool area, was disappointing. Allowed by garage in front. The house has a beautiful view of waterway.

Amazing stay in Cape Coral!
This house set on the canal was the perfect place for some rest with family. We enjoyed the canal with sightings of manatee, blue crab, and caught lots of cat fish. The house was exactly what was stated in the ad. The owners were very pleasant to talk to and able to answer questions very promptly. Loved the neighbourhood! Walked around finding many burrowing owls! What a treat to see them. Great experience and would go back in a heart beat:)

Great home
This house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking large family breakfasts and dinners. The kids room was fantastic with the bunk bed, trundle, and futon. The queen bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so good that I ordered the same ones for us online. The location was close to main road with stores, banks, restaurants and a short 30 min drive to Sanibel and Captiva islands. We had a great relaxing vacation staying at this home. Thanks Tami and Jodi for sharing your home with us.

Great for families
Property was very clean. We liked that there were bedrooms on both sides of the house so that there was some separation when desired. Heated pool was great. With a group of 10, the water heater ran cold way too soon (needs a second one and needs to be turned hotter as full hot was just shower temp) and the supplied toilet paper ran out on day three so bring some with you. It was great to have beach towels and beach cart and pool items supplied with rental

The house was beautiful. Everything we needed. Even a kerug.The pool was relaxing and deep enough for a good swim. The dock was great for sitting back drinking a few beers and throw your line in. We even caught a few fish. The bed was heaven. There was plenty of room for a big family. We even stay an extra day. Tami was there to anwser all my question. Thank you.

The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
I can’t complain about my stay because it was with family, but the house is a bit run down. The good, the location is pretty nice, communication with host was good, and the pool was pretty good. The bad, the house needs more care. Newly remodeled bathroom tile needs work. The threshold to master bathroom needs replacing. It needs more cooking supplies for a bigger group. The ugly, the BBQ grill is filthy and so is the Blackstone. Outside by the pool needs a bit of cleaning. This is our 6th family reunion and all of them have been through VRBO. It wasn’t the worst, but it could be better.

Nice mini vacations!
The house is big and very confortable specially for a big family. There is plenty of space for everybody to relax inside the house. The house was very clean. The master bathroom had a weird smell but everything else was perfect. We just kept that door closed at all times. The kitchen is not that big but really well equipped. There are also plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Tami is very responsive. She always replied all my questions and concerns just within minutes of me asking. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back!

So satisfying
We had 6 households made up of 12 people from 6 months to 79 years staying for a week. We had a great time! The kitchen is well appointed for a vacation rental property; there's plenty of linens, including bath and beach towels; tons of space to spread out; and the lanai is awesome to hang out in next to the pool. My brother went catch and release fishing off the canal with a rod from the garage and caught a catfish and the access for boats if you want is great. The neighborhood is cute and quiet as well as close to shopping, restaurants, and some points of interest. Definitely recommend the farmer's market in Saturday, it's huge so wear sunscreen!! Tami was so very nice to communicate with and handled every question and issue we had; we would definitely be happy to stay again! Thank you for such a nice place to make memories 💚

2 Families Had Plenty of Room
My family and my cousins family stayed for a week. 14 of us from 60-18 months. Enough room for everyone, house was clean and very well stocked. The only 2 things we thought could have been better were the amount of bathroom wash rags (towels were plenty) and the condition of the mattress on the sleeper sofa in the 5th bedroom. It was usable (We added blankets from other rooms in the house to add padding) but it has seen better days. But over all we were very pleased and would rent here again anytime.
