Guest room 1 has a King bed and full bath making it like a secondary master suite. Both these King bedrooms have sliders that walk out and overlook the pool and canal! Guest room 2 has a Queen bed with direct access to bathroom #3. The final bedroom has a twin bed that converts in to two twin beds via bunkie board deign. This 4th bedroom can also be used as an office. There is a desk and 2 chairs just incase work needs to go on while vacationing. If four bedrooms are not enough, there is also a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a queen blow up mattress just in case. The 3rd bathroom has a tub shower and open to living areas as well.. Kitchen includes new Stainless Steel Appliances and granite counter tops with seating for 5 at the bar area.

This Cape Coral, FL home is fully stocked and ready for you to kick up your feet and enjoy the sunsets from the pool or living room. If you will be here for an extended period, enjoy day trips to Orlando, Tampa Bay and Miami all within about a three hour drive. Or catch the ferry to the Florida Keys daily out of Ft. Myers Beach.
