This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood, where walking and bike riding are regular activities. It is well situated with the heated pool and lanai area facing West to take advantage of the Florida sunshine all afternoon.

The home has a traditional Florida style home with a split floor plan. The master suite is on the north side of the home and guest accommodations are on the south side. The home will accommodate six guests with beds.

Our guests are offered a choice of sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while one of the guest bedrooms offers a queen mattress and the other bedroom is equipped with twin beds. All Mattresses and bedding come with an abundance of pillows and extra blankets.

The updated kitchen is open to the living area and pool/Lanai. Cabinets are well stocked with pots and pans to make meal time a pleasant experience for guests choosing to “eat in”.

Outside, our lanai has lounge chairs and a sectional Patio set with plush cushions and a gas firepit/table for cool evenings gatherings. A table for 2 and a grill for outdoor cooking near the pool provides another alternative for mealtime.

This home has a heated pool, bikes for enjoying the Cornwallis bike lanes, Flat screen TV with Cable including HBO and has high speed internet service with Wi-Fi available throughout the home. All the bedrooms have TV's Now!!

Shopping for family needs is nearby, as are a variety of restaurants and entertainment.

The Islands of Captiva and Sanibel with their beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico are a short distance from the front door for those looking to spend some time on the sand or in the water. There is approximately a 8 min to drive to Cape Coral Beach, 35 minutes by car to Fort Myers Beach, in 35 minutes by car to Sanibel Island and 20 more to Captiva through Sanibel. Chairs and a cooler will help make the time at the beach comfortable and cool.

Baseball fans will enjoy the presence of spring training facilities for two major league teams and one minor league team in Ft Myers approximately 25 min away.

There are major shopping outlets nearby for those looking for everyday or special needs. The Ford-Edison Estates, the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Center, some of the best new restaurants and other nearby attractions ensure that guests will have a variety of ways to make use of their time, returning at night to our home with all of the comforts your home!

Labor Day week holiday
The home was very nice. Only problem the left side of house with the two bedrooms and bath was very warm. Also stove shorted out the first morning and did not get a new stove until 4 days later. The property manager was very nice to work with and tried her best to get it fixed or a new one but was during a holiday. Even though we had a few issue I would stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

It was everything and more.
We loved the decor. The house was very clean. I loved that there was plenty of towels and pool towels right as you head to the pool. House was spacious and had 2 livingrooms. We enjoyed our stay and property manager was great! We loved the nieghborhood. Evwrything was great. No complaints. Will be back.

Place has a very nice floor plan! Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location! It was pretty well stocked for what you may need for your stay. Maybe a few more garage bags. Our problem was the cleanliness and the odors because of it. This place needs a good cleaning! The master bedroom was so smelly. Smelled like stinky feet and BO. Horrible!! The carpeting was so nasty! I don’t think it’s even cleanable. All the air vents in the place were caked with dirt. We all woke up with sore throats and headaches. Maybe it would be a good idea to address these issues because it is a beautiful place.

Very nice house
The house was everything we hoped for. We loved the heated pool and used it every day. The kitchen was well stocked. The only minor problem was the WiFi went out. We contacted Jill, the property manager and she had someone check it out right away. The repairman was able to fix the problem & we were back in business. We appreciated Jill’s quick response. We loved the house so much we plan on coming next year for a month instead of 2 weeks. If you’re looking for a nice house to rent we definitely recommend this property.

Great location, nice property
This home is located in a quiet South Cape neighborhood with easy access to everything. The house was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We swam and relaxed in the pool daily and the gas grill was great for grilling out on nights we didn’t go out to eat.

I am a tough judge when it comes to rating something, as I consider a 5/5 to be pristine, in perfect condition, but my husband and I were talking and I realized that even a brand new build isn't always perfect and a lower rating may not do justice to our enjoyment of having this home for our vacation. It was everything we wanted, and we were very happy with it. We especially enjoyed the pool and patio area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets cozy. The pillows did flatten out some, but you could fluff them and fold the ends of the pillow case in and they stayed thicker. The furniture was comfortable. Being able to put the car in the garage was a plus. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and services, and it was great for taking daytrips from there. Despite it's proximity to so much, it was in a very quiet neighbourhood. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

the grass in the picture looks beautiful, unfotunately the grass at the property doesnt exist, its 100% weeds, which isn't consistent with the neighborhood. A couple of area rugs and art to hang on the walls from home goods would go a long way. Update the bath towels, they are beyond tired. I fixed a couple of things: flat tires on bikes, bifold doors. adjusted and greased the sliding doors so they open easier. none of these are deal breakers, but if the above, along with repairing the hurricane damage, would meant a 5 star rating all the way. Jill was very responsive. A fantastic experience!

Great location!
House was well equipped, clean (some updating, but some more is needed) and the Property manager was very responsive. The area still has a lot of hurricane reconstruction going on, but things are opening up in the area daily, but not everything, yet. We went before the spring break ground, so it was all good.

We had a great time in Florida. House had all the amenities we were looking for for our family. Pool was warm and the perfect size. Beds very comfortable. We were a little Leary booking so soon after the hurricane but a lot of restaurants and businesses have opened back up and we had a great time! We headed to north Naples ( Vanderbilt beach-highly recommend! 45 min drive) for a beach day tho as they still weren’t recommending swimming at fort Myers beach Hosts very responsive would stay here again!

Disaster and not from Ian. Property filthy inside and out.
The original reservation was for 2 couples. Due to an urgent and last minute medical emergency the one couple were not able to utilize the rental. The property was dirty and not maintained properly. I can provide notes and pictures upon request. The value received for the money paid was not acceptable. A list of issues were presented to the property manager and was ignored except for the property manager saying that her feelings were hurt. None of these issues were due to Ian damage. Ceiling tiles falling from garage ceiling making it not usable, front door corroded so that it could not be used, dirty bathroom floors, insufficient towels are just a few if the issues. We have a long history with VRBO rentals and have never had any problems this severe. We look forward to your reply on this matter. Pictures on the listing truly do not represent this property in its deplorable state.

House was large enough for 4 adults and 1 infant. Each family had bedrooms at opposite ends of house for privacy. Pool was wonderful, we enjoyed it when not at beach in Venice or Lovers Key State Park. House had more supplies than expected. Thank you for such a wonderful rental at a great price. Nice modern house! FREEZING POOL ruined our stay.
PROS: The place was very clean, spacious, easy to be in w/ 6 adults and a small dog. CONS: Contractually, we were promised a HEATED POOL. For two weeks it was unusable, and ruined our vacation. THE DEEP DIVE: As little things arose, the property manager was GREAT resolving them - until we discovered after couple days the pool was not warming up. After couple days we alerted property mgr. Thanksgiving holiday delayed fixing "pool" even getting someone out to look at it - but 2 weeks?! Finally, property mgr offered another place we could pack up and move in to. My husband initially said no. Then when we were reconsidering, we were told "well, I'll have to check if the pool is even on, some patio furniture broken, and house is very different than one you're staying in now ..." to which we finally said, "just fix our pool". It was never fixed until supposedly the our last day. Contractually, we were promised a HEATED POOL. For two weeks it was unusable. Communication deteriorated w/property manager who did her best w/our growing frustration but the owner was an immovable ass (!) gave us $0 consideration for not having use of the pool, and we had even paid extra - upfront - for additional coverage for anything that went wrong. Sad.

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood. It lived up to the description and more. The house is very airy and bright with lots of windows on the back side looking out to the pool area. The area is very quiet with very little street traffic.

Beautiful Area
This home is in a beautiful location. The views of the water were not only the canal in back but the water between the homes in front. This home was well thought out with floor plan huge open concept with views from every angle of the patio and pool. The pool was VERY clean and inviting. The barbeque grill worked nicely and was very clean. The master bedroom was very comfortable and walk in closet. Huge shower and soak tub. The host has thought of everything here. plenty of kitchen utensils and silverware and even some spices. appliances all worked well and the washer and dryer were almost new. The bath towels were awesome I even contacted the host to find out how to buy some. LOL. plenty of everything linens,, blankets, towels, beach towels etc. all in great condition. The care of the home was impeccable. The pool was cleaned weekly by a very thorough man. the grass was mowed and weed eated weekly . Even a bug man came during our stay to check for bugs inside and out of home for treatment. (we didn't see a bug one during our 3 weeks). Lots of pool and beach supplies in the garage and even 3 or 4 bicycles to ride. The neighbors in the subdivision were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We were even invited to a gathering once. The next door neighbor has big loud dogs but only certain times of day. Jill was a wonderful host that was easy to communicate with and took great care of us. Will certainly try to return sometime soon. What more can I say if we could give this a 5+ we would.. You won't be sorry booking here or from Jill.
