The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms furnished with a king bed, a queen & 4 twin/twin bunk beds. There are 2 full bathrooms also. The 2nd floor (main level) has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Sunset Serenity offers comfortable furnishings in a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The 3rd floor is the incredible Tower Outlook Suite offering unforgettable views. This Suite has a queen bed & a full bathroom.
At Sunset Serenity, guests have full access of Bay Creek amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. Also for an extra fee, guests can have access to the Life Center which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art Fitness Center. Currently the cost to access the Life Center is $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Forms are required to be filled out and payment made at time of booking for the Life Center access. You may book tee times at the Resort Guest Rate (currently $145 Mon-Thurs after 10AM and $145 Friday-Sunday and Holidays after 11AM). You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit.
