Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.

The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax.

The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The parents bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed as well as another twin xl size bed and a roku tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo.

We had a great time!
We had a great time staying at Cozy Cottage! We loved the location, very convenient. We especially liked being able to walk to Mass. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and had a wonderful time relaxing. The owners are great! Thank you for sharing Cozy Cottage, we'll be back!

Great Stay
Home was clean, comfortable, and charming. No need for a car as everything was within walking distance. Felt like a real community rather than a vacation spot. People are exceptionally warm and friendly.

Cozy and convenient!
The Cozy Cottage was the perfect spot for a mom’s getaway to Cape Charles. We had fun bunking up in the rooms, enjoying the full kitchen, cozy fireplace and couch, and convenience to the coffee shop and other great dining options! The outdoor shower was a plus!

Quick beach getaway
Although the weather wasn't what we desired, this location provided ample space to stretch out for our group of 5and central location to get to restaurants, activities, and stores. Would stay again our next time to the area.

This is our second stay with Tom and it was phenomenal again! Our kids love this house as much as we do. Close to everything and in a quiet part of town. Clean and updated as well. Has everything you need for a fun vacation. Feels like you're staying with family! 👍

We love this home. The downstairs is beautifully renovated with an open concept kitchen. We love the proximity to the bakery. The owners are so kind and always quick at responding. Definitely a nice home!

Cozy house/great location
We loved the house. It has everything you need and more. It is one of the best locations in Cape Charles, you can walk to have dinner or you can take the golf cart. It’s only a few blocks from the beach and the neighborhood is so quiet. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to go back one day.

We LOVED our vacation to the Cape Charles. My family and I look forward to staying at the Cozy Cottage every summer. House has everything we need for our young family. The house is in a perfect location to get around the town! Toms communication is excellent. 10/10 recommend!!!

Clean place. Owners great and quick to respond. Backyard and patio are particularly, beautiful and private. Great location near beach and town. Be aware all bedrooms are UP and stairs are the old steep kind! May not work well for older guests

Hope to come back again!
5 adults stayed for a weekend wedding and this place worked perfectly for us. We found the thermostat easy to use when the crazy weather led us to need the a/c one day and the heat the next to make every room comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved having access to the bikes although we found the town very walkable.

Cape Charles Perfection
I traveled from Florida to visit my daughter and husband and grandchildren. The family lives in Cape Charles, one street away from this VRBO. It was the perfect place for us to play games, especially Yahtzee, celebrate my granddaughters 9th birthday. I had the grandchildren sleep over with me a few nights, so mommy and daddy could have date nights!

Cozy Cottage
Cozy Cottage is just that - cozy. Everything is as described and the home is well organized with instructions for everything clearly stated. (except for tv - no instuctions for ROKU and we were not familiar but didn't need anyway) The neiborhood is very quiet and the porch swing very relaxing. As per reviews, everything is walkable. We had nice weather the whole week and found lots of sea glass! LOVE Cape Charles!

A special place
We were so excited to be able to stay at Michelle and Tom’s cozy cottage again - great location, clean and well maintained, lots of amenities, warm outdoor shower for washing off sand, and super comfortable beds. Our kids love the whale and mermaid themed rooms and we loved sitting on the front porch, cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, and cruising around town in the golf cart. This is such a special place and we are grateful for the opportunity to stay here and create family memories. Owners are very kind and the sunsets on the bay are simply the best! Thank you!

Lovely home in a greatocation!
My husband and I had our second trip to Cape Charles with our 2.5 yr old, this was our first stay at Cozy Cottage. The house is adorable and well-maintained, with lots of modern updates and little touches that make it feel like home. It had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of space for our toddler to play and still be in our sight. It was also very clean, ehich was not our experience in yhe last place we stayed so it was much appreciated. We loved the lpcation too, and annoyed walking to shops and restaurants, the playground, and to get ice cream, not to mention the 3 minute drive to the beach. Thanks to the Fadool family, it is obvious you have made wonderful memories here and we're glad we got to do tje same! We will definitely book again for future visits!

Cozy Cottage is just that!
The house was perfect for three friends having a girls trip away. House was modern and vintage in all the best ways. Everything was super functional and cozy at the same time. The only negative I can think of are the steps are very steep and would be worrisome for toddlers. We had no problems with them as they provided much needed exercise 😊. The house had everything one could ever need. Great amount of time and thought has gone into providing every little thing one could need in a rental. Having a golf cart that we did not have to pick up and return was wonderful! Bikes and beach chairs and everything in the back shed were in perfect condition! This was a keeper and worth a return visit!!
