Semaine à Capbreton
L'appartement est idéalement localisé au centre-ville de Capbreton et disposer d'une place de parking est un atout. La résidence, bien tenue, est agréable. L'appartement dispose d'une loggia sur le jardin de la résidence. Par contre, deux points negatifs : - il ne s'agit pas d'un véritable T3 (3 pièces) car le 2e espace nuit ne fait pas les 9m2 imposés par la réglementation. L'exiguïté de la pièce ne permet pas d'y séjourner longtemps. - la literie était largement insuffisante en qualité. Un mal de dos affreux après la 1ère nuit nous a obligé à acheter un surmatelas :(

Après une prise de contact très efficace, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement . L appartement est à deux pas du centre ville ( Petits commerces à proximité et grande enseigne de Supermarché à quelques minutes ) Lorsque nous sommes arrivé l appartement était très propre , aéré et le linge de lit sentait bon le frais . Très bien équipé vous ne manquerez de rien dans ce petit cocon Une mention spéciale pour la terrasse à la fois ensoleillée et abritée qui nous a permis de prendre tout nos repas en extérieur . Une très belle expérience à Capbreton avec une propriétaire et son bras droit d une gentillesse et d une disponibilité incroyable
