The property can accommodate up to six guests comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located 13 km (8 mi) from Capannori, Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Lucca.

The house is attached on one side to another house, but it has a completely private fenced garden at guests' disposal.
