Lucca hills, on the ground floor of an old farmhouse of the Tuscan countryside, beautiful house fully independent with exclusive garden and private parking, great for those seeking peace and relaxation in an elegant setting, decorated with care and refinement, the details, such as beams and wooden roof painted white ceramic floor and the beautiful wooden loft, make it unique in its kind, in a historic location among the olive trees of the hills.
Parking with pergola sunshade exclusive entrance, at the entrance we find the relaxation room with a sofa in eco leather white comfortable for 3/4 persons Mobile beige leaf, red Persian carpet and satellite TV on the wall, under the high windows, hung on the wall, we find several paintings of prints, the dining area is at the back of the sofa, the kitchen with electric induction hob, refrigerator dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, a wonderful work surface in wood, divide the table wooden dining, with 4 chairs Tuscan style, the bathroom is adjacent to the room, complete with shower toilet bidet and cabinet with sink and mirror, white wooden stairs lead on the mezzanine, where a beautiful cream-colored bed, may comfortably accommodate 2 people, wardrobe white, divided by a small bedroom with a single bed, you can, if necessary, add a sofa bed on the ground floor
Behind the house there is the garden, with a beautiful wooden canopy with table 4 chairs and an antique sofa, comfortable to relax or read a book
A barbecue red pottery, cooking grill is located in the beautiful garden, surrounded by vases of various kinds and aromatic plants, the pool is about 20 meters in the large garden, it has umbrellas and sunbeds, for sole use of the guests house (freshwater swimming pool measures 13mt - 6 m, height 1.30 m - 2.20 m)
 The house is recommended for individuals and families (max 3/4 people) seeking relaxation in a quiet, elegant and lonely away from the noise of city traffic and under the beautiful olive trees

Fantastic holiday !!!
Beautiful property, surrounded by olive trees, with a spectacular pool, large enough to swim lengths, in a separate part of the picturesque garden. Very private area outside just for the apartment with own driveway and entrance. Living area is very comfortable, the bed is heavenly. Very tasteful decor with lots of attention to detail. There is an induction cooktop, oven , plus microwave and a large refrigerator with freezer. Air conditioning was a godsend as we had some pretty hot days. Gorgio is a lovely person who is totally discreet but always ready to book a restaurant or give information. There was a big welcome bowl of fresh local fruits, there is a great bbq and exquisite outdoor eating area with lots of candles. We will definitely go back and explore more of those beautiful surrounding hills and valleys, with their little villages and fabulous country restaurants. Most highly recommended !

Situation
Par rapport à Lucca, Pise et Villaregio, l accessibilité est parfaite (réseau routier et autoroutier). Nous avons aimé la douceur de vivre, celle de la Toscane. Nous avons apprécié la proximité d une très grande enseigne commerciale. Quant à l immeuble occupé, bien en retrait d une voie secondaire, il offre le calme. L espace de vie est plutôt sombre. L équipement, satisfaisant.

Séjour au top !
Gîte très agréable et très bien équipé avec un petit jardin privatif et une piscine qui, bien que petite, est suffisante pour 2 personnes. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir des endroits superbes en Toscane : Pise, Sienne, Florence, Lucques, San Gimignano... Le propriétaire, bien que discret, est à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Il possède également un restaurant avec une vue splendide et d'excellents plats. Nous recommandons vivement !

Keinesfalls zu empfehlen!
Die Unterkunft ist abgewohnt und in keinem sauberen Zustand. Es richt sehr stark nach den alten ,vermutlich nicht ganz trockenen Möbel. Die gesamte Küche, vom Geschirr bis hin zum Kühlschrank und dem Geschirrspüler waren so verschmutzt, das wir erst gründlich reinigen mussten. Der Tiefkühler war komplett mit Schimmel versehen. Es gab keinen Wischer und Eimer, das haben wir uns selber kaufen müssen, um die Wohnungin ein sauberen Zustand zu bringen. Ein Wäschewechsel erfolgte in drei Wochen nicht. Wir haben Handtücher und Bettwäsche selber waschen müssen. Pooltücher und ein Sonnenschirrm waren nicht vorhanden. Das Schlimmste war der Grill ,das hat mit den Bilder rein gar nichts zu tun. Alle Kacheln sind abgeschlagen und es nur der reine Beton zu sehen, so macht grillen überhaupt keinen Spaß. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und lädt nur bedingt zum verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, leider gab es für uns nur auf Nachfrage einen Kescher, ohne Griff, um ihn sauber zu bekommen. Hätten wir vorher ehrliche Bewertungen lesen können, hättem wir von unserem Stornierungsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Es war unser Jahresurlaub den wir hier verbracht haben. Der Standort ist ideal um Ausflüge zu machen, oder einen nahegelegenen Strand zu besuchen. Die Menschen die wir außerhalb von der Unterkunft trafen waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir besuchen die Toskana in jedem Fall wieder aber keinesfalls in dieser Unterkunft. Zu allen Aussagen liegen ausreichende Bildaufnahmen vor.

Alles zur Zufriedenheit
Ich kann die Unterkunft für zwei Personen sehr empfehlen. Schönes Appartement, gepflegter Garten mit Pool und fantastischem Ausblick auf toskanische Felder und dahinter liegende Berge. Das Restaurant, welches mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt und von der netten Familie des Vermieters betrieben wird, ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. 10/10 für Unterkunft und Restaurant.

Super ausgestattete FeWo!
Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Piergiorgio ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestatet, was man braucht, der Garten privat und wunderbar ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei bestem Wetter
Die Wohnung ist ausreichend bestückt mit allem, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Es ist etwas dunkel, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir die meiste Zeit entweder unterwegs waren oder draußen in dem großen, sichtgeschützten Pool, den man ganz für sich hat. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da die Wohnung circa 15 Minuten von Lucca weg in den Bergen liegt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für jemanden, der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Für Städtetrips ist sie auch ganz gut gelegen.

Traumhafte Urlaubstage in idyllischer Lage
Wunderschön gelegenes Feriendomizil umgeben von Olivenbäumen und Natur mit Blick auf die Berge und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Absolute Ruhe und Erholung pur. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Pool im Garten. Vom Gastgeber Piergiorgio wurden wir sehr freundlich mit leckerem Gebäck und kaltem Getränk empfangen. Unsere Fragen (WhatsApp) während unseres Aufenthaltes hat er immer sehr zeitnah und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch von Piergiorgios Restaurant "Vecchia Osteria da Batano". Tolles Essen von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Ein herrlicher Urlaub mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden sicherlich ein weiteres Mal unseren Urlaub bei Piergiorgio im Lucca Hills Landhaus verbringen.

Idyllic house private and peaceful
Great communication from Piergiorgio leading up to our arrival. Perfect directions and easy to find. We had a wonderful warm welcome from Piergiorgio at the house with some cold water in the fridge, fresh lemons from his tree and tasty local biscuits. Great information at the house and directions from Piergiorgio to find the local supermarket. The house was perfect with a lovely sized, clean swimming pool. The house was perfectly clean and the bed so comfy. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and morning coffee listening to the birds cannot be beaten. Our days were spent relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers in the garden, that gets the sun all day. Most evenings we had a barbecue in the garden and ate at the outside dining area. Other nights we ate at Piergiorgio’s family restaurant where the fresh home made food and wine was delicious, and Gourmet pizza night was a real authentic Italian experience. The house and garden are completely private, but if we needed anything Piergiorgio was only a text away. Lucca is a beautiful town and only a short drive away. Overall we could not have asked for a better relaxing Italian getaway and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Piergiorgio and Patrizia ❤️

An exceptional experience
The property was perfect for 2 of us , clean, quiet with a great backyard and pool. Walking trails nearby, 20 minutes to downtown Lucca, wonderful. This was our first VRBO experience, and I hope all the hosts are as great as Piergiorgio, he was patient and offered suggestions of local villas. And his restaurant is a must visit

Wunderschönes Haus, toll gelegen, herzlicher Vermieter
Piergiorgio war ein wunderbarer Vermieter, er hat uns freundlich begrüßt und bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig mit Ausblick auf die Hügel über Lucca, hat einen schönen Pool und einen tollen Garten. Es liegt ideal für Tagesausflüge in die Städte in der Umgebung (Lucca, Pisa, Florenz, Siena), die Weinregionen der Toskana oder die Marmorberge von Carrara. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch ein Abendessen in Piergiorgios kleines Restaurant oben in den Hügeln mit wunderbarem Ausblick und köstlichen hausgemachter Pasta.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft
Das Ferienhaus ist prima ausgestattet und für 2 Personen ideal. Leider ist es etwas dunkel, so dass man auch tagsüber Licht anmachen muss. Der große Pool liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Auf der großen Wiese mit Liegen hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich vorbildlich um seine Gäste.

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Lucca
Eine schöne Wohnung, die alles bietet was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und durch die Klimaanlage kann man es auch im Sommer sehr gut aushalten. Ein Highlight ist der schöne Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch in seiner Osteria. Sehr leckeres Essen und ein toller Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Pool mit Einfacher Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich schön und alles ist ausreichend vorhanden zum Kochen und den ganzenTag dort zu verbringen. Allerdings könnte mehr Licht einfallen, da es teilweise dunkler ist - was nach einem sonnigen Tag am Pool auch okay sein kann :) In der Unterkunft gäbe es ein paar Sachen, die abgewohnt sind und erneuert werden könnten (Duschwand, Toilettensitz). Man ist aber eh fast die ganze Zeit draußen am wunderbaren Privatpool oder in den toskanische Bergen unterwegs. Piergiorgio ist ein toller Host! Alles in allem war es eine entspannte Woche in den Bergen der Toskana :)

La casa ha tutto quello che serve, la piscina è magnifica e pulita, la zona è perfetta sia per il relax che per girare la bella toscana e Piergiorgio e Patrizia sono due perfetti padroni di casa, disponibili a scambiare due parole, attivi e per nulla invadenti. Hanno anche un ristorante, il Batano, dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo la cucina del territorio! ci ritorneremo!

La location est bien située et bien équipée le jardin bien aménagé et la piscine au milieu des oliviers , un havre de paix et de calme.nous avons beaucoup apprécié.la situation est parfaite pour faire les visites des villes de Florence Pise sienne et bien d'autres villages.merci à Piergiorgio pour son accueil et ses conseils de visites .et aussi pour ses spécialités italiennes à déguster sans modération dans son restaurant ou il y a une vue imprenable.

Fantastic Relaxing Holiday
This property suited our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing break in this beautiful part of Italy. The pool was very large and perfect for swimming lengths. Piergiorgio and his wife are the perfect hosts and they also run a restaurant about 3kms away in the hills with spectacular views, a great menu and the best pizza’s.

Einer der schönsten Urlaube überhaupt!! Nicht zuletzt durch dieses wunderbare Domizil, bei 40 Grad, unendlich dankbar für die Klimaanlage im Haus...,herrlicher Pool mit Bergblick - nur für uns- wunderbares Bett - alles Top-sauber und gepflegt! En fantastisk värd
Piergiorgio är en otrolig människa. När vi, i slutet på vår vecka, fick åka akut in till sjukhuset och min man blev inlagd i flera dagar, packar han våra väskor och kör ner dem till hotellet. Han erbjuder sig att tolka och hjälpa oss. Han skickar sms och förhör sig om läget. Bra boende, härlig pool, god mat på hans restaurang. Man behöver bilen för att ta sig någonstans.

Tuscany - away from the crowd
Far away from the overcrowded spots you find this nice holiday home surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The House is very clean and well equipped. There is everything you need for preparing your meals. The bed and the bath are comfortable. But the best thing is the outside area. A cosy porch and a little garden (not shown on the pictures). A little paradise with a great variety of plants and flowers. Only a few steps away there is a large beautiful pool and a sitting area. This place is very relaxing and you have full privacy. Piergiorgio is a very friendly host. He and his wife have a Restaurant „Il Batano“ in the hills of Lucca. Don’t miss to go there for a meal. The food is excellent and the view over the hills amazing. Thank you Piergiorgio for the welcome cookies and your hospitality.

Das Haus ist ein Anbau mit separaten Eingang und Einfahrt (PKW Parkplatz). Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und von dort führt der Weg zum Pool. Dieser ist ca. 20 m neben dem Gesamtkomplex im Olivenhain. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat eine tolle Osteria ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Die Haus ist ein großer Raum (Schlafbereich als offener Maisonette mit Treppe) mit einem separaten, geräumigen Raum für WC/BD/Dusche. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr gut (kein Ikea) und geschmackvoll. Tageslicht kommt vormittags ins Haus, daher erscheint es etwas dunkel. Im Sommer ist die Ausrichtung sicher von Vorteil wegen der Hitze. Wir waren im März da und haben uns auch mit Licht wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Giorgio!
