A small, bright and modern house with private pool located close to a village just a few kilometers north of Lucca. Wifi and aircondition.

This is a small one-floor house surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden which is completely fenced. This makes the place very suitable for children since the big lawns are perfect for outdoor games.
The position of the house is just outside the small village of Marlia, ca. 5 km north of Lucca. This area is famous for the ancient villas which are situated in this area. Once they were the holiday homes of the rich noble families from Lucca but now a days they are museums and can be visited.

Giulia's position has the great advantage that it is situated just outside Marlia which means that you can reach restaurants, food shops, banks and post office by foot.

In the big garden you will find the fenced private sunken swimming pool 11 x 5 mt, 1,50 mt deep. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
According to which period you are visiting Giulia there will be fresh fruit to pick from the trees in the garden.

Living room, satellite tv. Kitchenette (oven, gas hob, micro, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster). From the kitchen it is access to the furnished veranda. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom. One bathroom with shower.
