"Das Ferienhaus ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, da es sich an einer sehr abgelegenen Straße befindet und keine wirkliche Adresse hat. Konnte nur über die Koordinaten im Navi gefunden werden. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Sauberkeit könnte einen ticken besser sein. Spinnweben, Ameisen und kleinere Kriechtier sind ständig anwesend und im Gemeinschaftsraum könnte durchaus auch mal wieder Staub gewischt und aufgeräumt werden. Was das Zimmer und das Bad betrifft, hier gibt es nichts...

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

"Idyllic farm-like location set on top of a hill with beautiful views surrounded by olive & vine groves. However, this 'old' but newly rebuilt /refurbished resort is on still in it's final stages of completion e.g beautiful pool almost completed (unfortunaely missed out by few days). Access to the property almost requires a 4WD for the dirt & rocky roads & a very detailed map as GPS does not recognise the location & the property is not sign posted ANY WHERE. "The owner, Lorenzo and his family were very welcoming. We were very fortunate to be able to go on a hike on the property with Lorenzo, who was a wealth of knowledge on the history of Tuscania and its people. Throughout the hike, we were able to see, climb into caves and learn of the ancient Etruscan civilization and the Necropolis that lies beneath the present day agricultural areas.
